Jokes aside, I think it's simply because grapes are so sweet and naturally high in sugar. And then you add more sugar for jelly-making; it's a bit gilding the lily, I guess. Grape preserves seem to be uniquely American, like cheese in an aerosol can.

Just pulled the pizza box outta the fridge. I'll let it warm up for a bit before I eat my slices. (I thought about heating up the slices in the microwave, but I knew someone would have a conniption if I did!  )

You do know you can rewarm it in the oven not the nukeoven.

To reheat pizza I guess microwave can be acceptable. Still better than at room temperature What can I say, I have standard

No, but we do know how to properly reheat them for best results ... methods that do not include tossing them on the kitchen counter inside a greasy cardboard box to warm to ambient temperature.

@clochette I mostly use the microwave to reheat things rather than cook them but it is perfect for cooking corn on the cob. My preference is to zap the corn with the husk on so it steams itself but I’m not really convinced it makes any difference
