A little update. My DIL who lives downstairs tested positive for Covid. I was down there working on the toilet with my son three nights ago in an emergency situation and didn't know she wasn't feeling well. The next day she got realllly sick. My son and I both tested negative yesterday but I have been feeling poorly today. Hopefully it's just a chill or start of a cold. Will test tomorrow if I still feel weak. I just had a hot shower and feel a little better. No worries... cheers. :)

Happy Sundays gang! :hug:

It's a beautiful though chilly day here. It's also presidential election day. I went to vote at noon thinking there wouldn't be much people but there was a line all the way to the gate of the parc of the town house so I'll go back later when I'm not hungry (I'm having chicken breast thyme and lemon marinated with rice)

Also I really need to work in the garden. Seems like the 3/4 of my strawberry plants have died. They were all between 5 to 10 years old so it's Nirmal. I just wished I'd noticed earlier cause I'm afraid we won't have much fruits this year :unsure: good thing I've saved over 200 young plants at the end of summer.

Wow, it must be politics day. The Australian Federal Election was announced today :)

Everyone will be having their democracy sausage on 21 May. I hope the website is running again, I didn’t vote at my closest school because they had NO SAUSAGE :o

Dang you're lucky. I bet more people would vote if we'd get a sausage :lol:

Though it's the presidential election it's very boring. The number of people who won't vote is supposed to be the highest of all times. The actual president is running for his re-election but announced it at 8pm the day before candidatures closing. Personally I won't vote by conviction but for the less worse of them all :rolleyes:
