That's wow but I'm also very dubious about such young kids - cause at 13 you're still a kiddo - living that kind of things. Sure the brain is impressive but what about all the rest? A child in class surrounded by adults? What are their childhood? What will they become?

I had the same thought. When I tried college, most everyone was in their 20's or 30's; maybe a handful of students were in their 40's, trying again after raising a family or some such thing. But what about this little guy? What would his social life be like?
