I'm making lemon chicken using a recipe from Ina Garten. I've made it before and it's very tasty. I'm serving it over spaetzle style noodles with fresh peas and fresh asparagus sauteed with green onion and minature san marzano tomatoes as the sides. Sadly, the change in weather has brought on a migraine so I'm having a bit of a rest before needing to busy myself in the kitchen.
