Today has mostly been about cursing at the tracking apps that tell me Christmas presents I ordered ages ago are still stuck in the system. Bluefish floods  stuffing up the train line

On the plus side, I have been designing and making stamps for my sister. I have made a selection of stamps but will also be including a “coupon” for stamps for her art projects.

I hope your day had more pluses than minuses.

Hey Bucket! The stamps and coupons sound like a great gift.  So much more love and consideration than the typical gifts.  I am sure they will mean a lot to her.  Sorry to hear about the other gifts being stuck.  I love online shopping but hate the wait.  Hope they show up on time.  Today went well.  Everything is on track for the retirement visa renewal, got to the bank for funds and just got the lasagna out of the oven.  Plus, no minuses for today, yet.  I still have to make it through the weekly drinking fest with friends without saying or doing something stupid. 🤪

What a nice teacher you have.  I used to celebrate the holiday break with a pizza party, popcorn and a movie for my students.  The funny thing was that they'd eat the pizza then miss the movie to roam around to their other teachers' rooms to find more food.  That's middle school stomach first mentality.
