I could find the world's best lawyer, have him write a 1000 page contract that would be airtight. Then, that irritating Texy would find at least a hundred different loopholes to annoy me. Who cares if I creaked a bit getting up. I spent a bit of time doing the early spring cleanup in one of mum's flowerbeds, potted up some tulip bulbs and swept the patio. While the temp was only in the mid-50's, ~13°, the sun was warm enough for me to work in a tee shirt. 7
