I've never mentioned this before, but I'm almost started some fan fiction set in the universe you created, nothing I ever would have published anywhere without asking you first.  But then the time to formulate what I wanted to tell, see if it actually fit in your world and then sit down and work out the plot just became strenuous.  Anyway, I appreciate every story you put out there, and yes your Sidewinder sequel was awesome.  

Oh no, you didn't make me feel sad or inadequate. I took what you said as a compliment actually. I was only continuing the conversation and sharing my thoughts. 

I don't write at the pace I used to... and I'm pretty much okay with that. Still, I produce fairly regularly... like three entries in the Spring anthology... and the same for the poetry anthology which has been going on for a couple of weeks... mine will start posting next week.  I also finished up chapter 12 or 13 recently, of a story I have partially written... with maybe six or seven to go.

"Larkspur: A Sidewinder Tale" was a very satisfying endeavor for me... thanks for calling it awesome.

I agree with Spike and Albert. Sidewinder, Larkspur and Boundaries are all brilliant stories!  I love each one dearly.

It's the exact same thing for me. I did tell @raven1 that I'll try getting back into writing poetry, but I still feel apprehensive about actually writing anything down.

That's a shame, hopefully soon you will feel more comfortable and get back to writing what makes you feel good. But I do understand, I've a few part written projects that I can't seem to finish due to the way things have been the last few months.

Lamb steaks, roast veg and snow peas for dinner. OMG the “slight” amount of chilli on the steaks was just a bit much. Watery eyes, snotty nose and that burning sensation is a good indication that it was a bit hot 🥵 

I cooked both pieces, one for tonight and the other cold for tomorrow’s lunch. I have some tzatziki which should calm things down

Hi Drew!  I have read your poems Drew and think they are lovely.  You write with a lot of emotional impact. They are personal, but about things all readers will relate to easily.

How do you think I felt writing to publish the first serious creative things I ever tried to write.  I was much more than apprehensive. I was fearful of rejection before I even started.  I couldn't think of anything which readers might feel in common to me.

I just added another chapter last night.  What made me finally feel I could do this regularly was seeing  the responses.  There are a lot of great people on GA.  You know them and they will give you the same wonderful support and encouragement as they did before with your first group of poems.  Just start writing in a journal with all your ideas, starts, couplets that come to mind.  Don't over think, just do.  Later share with someone you trust for feedback, then decide if you want to publish.  Don't rush into it, take your time to explore.  Gary walks observes nature and reflects on his past.  I observe nature from my balcony, reflect on my past, and observe what makes people special.  I know you have it in you to do more writing. I know you can!❤️

I and Aod's friends all know the feeling Bucket.  We go thru a couple of rolls of toilet tissue when he cooks.  It's delicious we all agree, but he does love his chili peppers and all the heat they add. 😭 I am looking forward to tonight's meal.  Tom Yum Kung!

I'm sure there was colourful language!  Soup is good whether hot or cold. That hold true for both the soup and the weather.

Yeah I expect him to be an expert in his field and have the required qualifications:

1.70m - at least

Broad shoulders (bonus points for strong forearms and even more for beautiful sleeve tattoos)

Nice beard

Body hair

Must likes animals, especially cats and not care for cat hair everywhere 

Must know how to do basic household chores: laundry, cleaning, some basic cooking, ironing. Bonus points if he enjoys gardening
