And you  my friend have a porous memory.  As you know, I insisted that the members of your herd I sent to you be treated with great care and protected from harm. The agreement/contract covers all from the beginning.  How you and Spike split the herd is irrelevant. You violated that clause when you threatened poor War.  You subjected him to harmful duress and anguish.  That is not protecting him.  It is also clear that the agreement is void, because we didn't come to an agreement of mind, since you have already forgotten or ignored the most important clause of the contract.
