I think I might have mentioned at the time how alarmingly formal the whole thing was.  He even managed to sneak in "The Rebel" for me as a legal alias.  No Drewdo for him though for some reason...

But it's today's nuking that breaches the agreement?

This shows just how arbitrary, irrational, and inconsistent he is in his decision-making as a judge... Which would make him the perfect appointee to SCOTUS, under Ron or Don!

And another thing, Terry's response to this was, "you wanted SCOTUS!"

He didn't even address the examples of previous nukings, because he knows he's being hypocritical. He doesn't have a leg to stand on!
