Just rereading one of my stories. I do that sometimes when I've got writer's block... Probably sounds a bit arrogant, but it inspires me. I had lasagne for breakfast, so I'm not one to judge anyone else's eating habits, lol! How's your mum? It's not arrogant at all. I know lots of authors who re-read their own stories, myself included. Last night, I re-read my National Poetry Month poems. And lasagna for breakfast... hell yeah! 1 6

I would do that, but I don't think my landlords would let me, lol! My mum's cats learned to do that. They have a cat door that's ID chip activated from the outside, and then you can lock it so it opens only one way or the other, or is locked entirely. Anubis was like, screw that, and learned to pull the thing inward even when it was locked. Clever boy. Then he taught his brother. Edited February 20, 2019 by Thorn Wilde 1 6

The most amazing thing about that story isn't really that he learned to pull the flap inward. There's this little button thing (I cannot language today) that blocks the door and flicks down when a cat with a registered ID chip comes near from the outside, to prevent other cats from entering the house. So he learned to push that little thingy down and pull the flap open with his claws at the same time. It is honestly really impressive. 3 4

Lovelace was only 3... She died from liver failure. She'd eaten something toxic. I feel really guilty cause I didn't realise she was sick until it was too late, and I feel like I should have. She was eating less, and I ought to have taken her to the vet straight away, but I waited too long. EDIT: Sorry, that got very dark and grim... Edited February 20, 2019 by Thorn Wilde 8
