Nope, it means I am approximately three times your age.

I had some horse visitors when I was out. Piles of poop in my driveway from two different horses, and hoofprints all the way around my barn. I don't know if they were loose or had riders, but they both were shod... that means they had horseshoes on. :)

So... I bought this stainless steel Celtic cross with a Norse viking design, to celebrate my heritage, and it came with a chain I thought was too blingy. I instead bought some leather cord to put it on, and it looked way better. But there was a flaw in the leather, and I could feel it... it was thinner in one section, and that worried me. Sure enough, when I got out of bed last night, the cross wasn't around my neck. That was lucky because I could have lost it anywhere, and I really like it. It is now on waxed nylon black cord that looks exactly the same as the leather, but is way stronger. That is my boring story for the day. :P

Maybe take a shower before retiring? And with the water as cool as you can stand it.

Or a long soak in the bath might help.

But certainly make sure you're taking in plenty of fluids, as Gary said. Not too much alcohol now, that causes dehydration. And dehydration can be one of the triggers for cramps...
