    Yup back when the Goodyear blimp was a thing. Never have I ever jumped out of a helicopter or plane.

    Uh yes have been there many times. Never have I ever seen ga's formatting messed up like it is currently.

    Nope. Never have I ever been to Busch Gardens in either Florida or Virginia.

    I recall reading this story not long after it arrived on GA, which got me interested in reading all of the other McCaffrey's Pern books. I recently reread Dark's story a couple of weeks ago and am still impressed on how well it fits in with the world of Pern.

    I have to say, with all this flying off the handle bits, someone needs to discover the joy of duct tape. Strap 'em down so they can't get away then communicate. Course I've been single for almost ten years so maybe that's not a valid course of action..

    Appears every other State is getting rain and floods other than the PNW. I sure hope all that flood water in Vegas and NW Aridzona is making its way into Lake Mead.. Almost forgot, there is a hurricane a ways off the west coast of Mexico (south west of Baja California) and appeared to be heading for the Calif coast. Update: for the past 3 days, have had buckets of rain falling here and another 2 days are in the forecast. Sorry Cia..

    My brain has melted - where I reside has seen high temps in July that no one in living memory has ever seen, and yes I asked a lot of old timers. 21 days, continuous, of 90+ temps, 4 days of 100+, including today. And no rain. Dunno where Myr's enchanted castle is, hopefully he is making use of his water-filled moat. Course if was my moat, I'd put big blocks of ice in it..

    I am enjoying this story! Am wondering what that whoosh sound was all about many chapters ago, who the triplets are, and all the other miniature cliffhangers. Can't say my college experience was anything like this, course that was back when dinosaurs roamed the earth....

    Have to say yes to the lasso and riding a horse, petting cattle and sheep, operating tractors and equipment, building fence, and pretty much everything ranch-related. Never have I ever swum in a leach infested pond.

    Unlike the current 40C+ temps in the UK, here has been between 33.8C & 37.6C, which for me is too warm. So I am drinking a lot of water, juices, etc with ice and probably because of my age, am recycling the liquid every hour or so. https://youtu.be/1Vz56Od00Ns
