  1. If they came from TGI Fridays, Outback, or Bizu, I'll take them off your hands.
  2. Haberday! Haberday!
  3. I was kinda disappointed by that little detail (or maybe the lack of further explanation anyway). I don't see how being in control of the Ministry of Magic had anything to do with being able to do certain spells (like the one that is responsible for undoing protective spells around you by saying the name Voldemort). How come they were able to do that by taking control of the Ministry but unable to do it without said control? Anyways, good story in the end.
  4. Oh which reminds me, I went to the gym earlier and I saw this really, really fat guy walking around naked. I had to look away...
  5. There is something awfully disturbing about that picture...
  6. I think Prawns are supposed to be much bigger.
  7. Yes, for the few books that come to mind, I primarily give up either because of writing style or topic/theme. One book comes to mind where it spends waaaaay too many sentences describing just one or two things. It's not that I don't want to really get the image in my head but if the topic isn't interesting enough for me, then I usually give up on it. (This is especially true if I can watch the movie version). I've given up on a few stories here that have too much sex. I've given up on a few that seem too depressing. I've given up on one for bad grammar (but I've also kept reading one that had consistently bad grammar because the plot interested me).
  8. Happy Birthday!
  9. Where's that gym? I want to subscribe. On a side note, yes, this happens in some of the upscale bars here especially with a younger target market.
  10. lol. I've always been wondering that. if statistics hold true then 1 out of 10 should be gay.
  11. The Archives are, yes. There are a list of story sorts that you can use. If you use sort by genre option, you'll come up with the High School, College, Teens, etc. sorts. As for eficition where the newer stories are, you can sort them through different sets of filters (which you'll on the left hand side of the screen). Note though that hosted author updates do not pop up in efiction. You can subscribe to hosted author story announcements or go to their individual forums (not sure if there's a better way).
  12. Hmm... It returned Usula K. Le Guin for my story Adamagika (based on three released chapters). Ian Flemming for Numbers on the Wall and James Joyce for Smoking is Gay. Damn, I write like old people... lol
  13. That looks horribly bland haha. I should try it out some time though and see for myself.
  14. Sounds like the plot of Knight and Day haha (minus the spy part of course). Now that dying bit is just depressing.
  15. I feel like I'm stuck in the stone age while every else is moving to the industrial era.
  16. Wow. Some of those drawings look really good. Thanks for sharing.
  17. Wow. He's tall. And were those chalk drawings on the red floor his real feet? I hope not...
  18. Ok, now I'm curious how bumblebee must look like if she doesn't want to look like all those hot women... lol
  19. Batman and Robin! Oh wait, do they count? Ironic, I type in Batman and Robin into Yahoo images and the first picture that pops up is the two of them kissing... lol
  20. You don't want to look like those people? I imagine a lot of girls would want to look like Taylor Swift... she's hot.
  21. Actually, I really liked it that they split it into two movies. It just means that the ending to one of my favorite series is twice as long as it could have been if it was just one movie. It means twice as much detail to see and appreciate. I'd rather they extend than cut out scenes to make it fit into one movie. I'm going to spend an extra $3-$4 for an extra 1.5-2 hrs of cinematic fun? Count me in! What I don't like though is the huge gap between the two movies. So many months to be spent waiting for the next part.
  22. I wouldn't mind being surrounded by a forest as long as high-speed internet is available and a nice city is 20-30mins away.
  23. I'm not a big fan of the Beatles but no one deserves to be mistaken for Justin Bieber! That's just too cruel... Without a doubt - Michael Jackson.
  24. Got a point there, Tipdin. Hehe. Although I'm not a shaver myself (other than on the face), I actually prefer smooth over hairy. I just don't wanna be bothered with the effort. Haha.
  25. I think it's the whole glorification of the male body. If you have something to show off why hide it behind lumps of hair?
