I hadn’t heard that either, or at least I don’t remember it if I had. However, I observed years ago that people I knew hardly ever used the expression “tell me honestly” or “what do you really think.” They usually just ask me what do I think. My kids, and some of their friends, have come to me for help/advice, despite a conversation where some of those same young adults laughed as they recounted “sometimes you can really be scary.” Is that the brutality honest part, or the fact that I had to coach their confessions to get the full story…before being able to help them think it though and come to their own decision of what best to do? I’ve tried to instill the thoughts that you can’t change the past, you can only look at where you are and determine where and how to get to where you’re going. If you have a flat, you change as quickly as you can and press on. You may be late and worst case, you may show up a mess…but you’re there. Your friends share the frustration and say bummer. But to give and go home, leaves them thinking you didn’t care to come be out with them, you gave up on them, when in reality, you gave up on yourself. So maybe I’m a Dutch Uncle too??? Hahaha 🤣

Oh my, that reminds me of the ole guest thing of having to look behind the shower curtain…hmmm, is that the more discreet way of judging the housekeeping….what?, does a dirty tub mean junk is just tossed in the closets to make the house a ruse? Hahaha 🤣 So, looking at other peoples computer files, browser history, and emails,…it’s a breach of that persons privacy. Curiosity kills the cat, but eavesdropping and computer snooping is just not right. So that overheard conversation or inadvertent computer information should be treated as something you keep private; unless they’re about to hurt someone or themselves…kinda like lawyer privilege, it’s confidential, private, and a double edged sword to disclose your snooping and finding out just how much that person values their privacy. It can make or break some relationships.

Sad that their careers kept them and their families apart, and now is strongly suspected as motivation for their “car accident”…murder. Luckily the plan was in place and cousin Rueben is calm enough to implement; of course, the comfort of having Uncle Ethan to help is calming when in crisis mode. It sounds like Rueben and Cooper will probably get along well, at least for knowing what to expect under pressure. So Cooper’s mom’s great grandfather left land/weath unknown to Cooper, his father had an older brother, but before he could have known and meet him , Cooper lost the Uncle he didn’t know…yet. So are there any more secrets that Cooper might get a heads up on?? 😆 Yes, dang it, put out all those fires 🔥, I already have too many to deal with in my own life…SURPRISE, the river of which the race is competing down is in a six foot flood stage that no one mentioned? Huh, what have you directors been doing??

Through the Mirror, Again
Philippe commented on TeamStilinski's story chapter in Through the Mirror, Again
I think the many pools that mask the mirror is where the portal of the hidden passage is exiting. So I expect the demons, to include his body, and Conner will exit too. So the Bastion it is …collect the couch shell first?? 😆 Wait, why are they seeing double?? Simon, meet Simon…shall he seduce his double to merge body and soul again? -
Through the Mirror, Again
Philippe commented on TeamStilinski's story chapter in Through the Mirror, Again
Welcome back! Congratulations on winning the recognition and reward of lead; I hope all put equal efforts to make it the best production. 😊 The rigors of life do extract a toll. May the holidays give you a little more personal time to enjoy your other activities that probably had to take back burner positions for a while. Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy the winter holiday spirit. -
Escape the fortress indeed, for I fear the old saying that, if I can’t have you then nobody can, will put Simon at even greater risk. Since the battle plan is already set in motion, Simon may have limited time of usefulness with these crazy dead people.

And yet they view themselves superior to all others? 🤷♂️

So the rantings of a mad woman, are true words or messages of the gods. Wow, even the gods didn’t believe the prophecies would come to fruition after the lost generations; Simon is doubly special that he exist and that he still fights for his humanity. Most cannot imagine his multiple breaks to visit the afterlife, but then he holds council with the gods. The High Wizard Council of the Votu Alliance has become a pompous self-licking ice cream cone. Simon Lorall-Kingmaker is indeed a person to be held in high regard; despite his compromised mental state he has a valid excuse of enemy manipulation, not the hollow excuse of power fed arrogance.

Cooper has gone above and beyond…his reward, here are staff tee shirts and IDs, so LET’S get these trucks sorted! Haha Geoff just added to his staff. Who would want a resource like Cooper to step back and wash his hands of the event? So here is a complimentary shirt that makes you part of the staff…chop, chop, there’s work to be done. Haha 😛 Cooper may have just inherited the year round director and coordinator duties as he is the land owner and “property director” of what they now want as permanent facilities! 🤦♂️ 😆 I hope this is a true interest for Cooper as this tar-baby / spiderweb will have high level interest and attention that drives expectations for the future. Can you say in perpetuity? 🤣

Now, imagine that over and over and over again…that was their night. 🤣

While the emotions bring the group closer, the amnesia is a challenge; for both Ben and his friends family, and then the blood family. If Ben is determined unable to function for medical decisions, then the parents could easily make a decision to move him closer to home…their home, and care closer to them. So while Ben remains under hospital care there with his housemates and Samantha near, we have to hope he improves rapidly or recovers enough to function for his own life decisions; but remember, Ben is young, no permanent job or income, not in school, and will be at the mercy of whom ever says he will be provided for. Even then, this parents may still hold the most sway with his most immediate life decisions. Improve quickly Ben! Hopefully, crusty ole Cye has insurance, for both the ole tub (property) and for accidents (bodily injury, health insurance). Ben needs coverage and a job to show a stable environment for his release/recovery…unless he recovers everything very quickly and is released to his own care.

Chapter 14: Jeremy is stuck between a rock and a hard place

Chapter 14: Jeremy is stuck between a rock and a hard place
Philippe commented on vanalas's story chapter in Chapter 14: Jeremy is stuck between a rock and a hard place
Wow 😮, how did Jeremy ever survive, to be normal, with a manipulative bi@#$h of a mother called Laura. You wanted Dexter more than your happy son, so don’t blame others; that’s all on you! Poor Carter, still pulled in different directions, by his own past, his desire to please Sheila, Eric and Jeremy, yet they all seem to counter his happiness. Well, except Aunt Sheila seems to now understand. Eric? Hopefully he’s not another version of Dexter! Carter has yet to learn the truth of Ethan, Elena, or his true biological father for that matter. He/we really need a breakthrough from the past to bring light to the secrets yet to be revealed…and I believe it’s much more than Ethan being Carter’s brother! Bravo to Jeremy and Jeff, for not letting hysterical mom rule over their lives by threats and trickery; Halloween has passed you evil witch 🧙! Has she known about Dexter’s history with Ethan and Elena all along? Too much to be explained as coincidence between those two. 🤦♂️ 😈 Nasty, nasty woman.- 6 comments

Oh wow, just imagine that the chapter wasn’t label for POV BEN, perhaps New Awakening?? This paragraph says much for a mind awakening and rationalizing surroundings; lights, noises, and even people. Having awakened from my own post traumatic injury, I know this feeling. Between anesthesia, drugs, and body trauma, you’re not experiencing a normal wake up at all. Luckily the fog cleared up some what as the mind re-caged to the current environment, people, and the filling in of the blanks as they explained my situation; at least as much as the mind would accept and retain. But seeing this story having twists and turns, I could easily see this as a red herring playing on our minds, while the story might actually be introducing a new character. 😈 😆 But since it does say Ben…what happened from fishing to hospital? Was it the ship adrift and wrecked? What of the others? Or was it something later after their mighty fish adventure such as Ben tripped off the wharf? Or has the town Thompson drones overstepped yet again but this time hospitalizing Ben from the blow to his head? See! The mind is a terrible thing without reference. It rationalizes scenarios unlimited…as they could all happen on any unfortunate day ! Hahaha 🤣 😱

Wow, Cooper is just now learning more as to property holdings, with implied cash holdings significant enough to allow acquisitions without impact to construction upgrades; he really does need to brace but then find out just how much is now held in his name…total. it looks like Jasper may have come into his life with great timing for an honest friendship; though with the background check it makes me wonder if Jasper knows more than Cooper about his standings?? But the relationship developing appears to be sincere and honest, so hopefully it is just that.

Youthful innocence and angst can’t be engineered away…hmmm; the ole difference between like and like like. Hahaha 😬 Regardless the engineering of sexuality, who you like and find attractive, even within that predestined group, still remains a matter of communicating something more trusting and intimate between two.

Bravo, Matt and Jakob; Let’s Hear It For The Boys! Hmmm 🤔, education by see and do; got to love higher education, always more to learn. Now, can we get an instant replay of the new kid “getting sick?” Perhaps it will give a better understanding of how quick these viruses can infect their victims. 😜

Justin’s Island, A Gay Parody of Gilligan’s Island Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale a tale of a fateful trip, that started from this [fishing] port, aboard this tiny ship. The mate was a [young] sailin' man, Skipper Cye, brave and sure, [with two mates they] set sail that day, for a three hour tour, a three hour tour. The weather started getting rough, the tiny ship was tossed. If not for the courage of the fearless crew the [Wanderer] would be lost. The [Wanderer] would be lost. The ship set ground on the shore of this [uninhabited] desert isle with [the young Mate Justin], the skipper Cye too. A [bi-curious young mate, Ben], [venturing without his girl]. [Two mates needed jobs], [so Matt was all in too]. [Now on this desert island], [lips or balls, which is first to turn blue]?

Oh my, I see the no guns allowed on property being a problem, especially with the recent shots fired, as the same can happen from the river itself. Perhaps none around the family, but perimeters and rovers allowed if military…no contractors. 🤷♂️

Wow, I hope that mom did indeed convey the message word for word, as often people will try to be more polite even when they are speaking on your behalf. Haha they could never work as international translators, whether business or political, that shit doesn’t fly. They ambulance company supervisor tried his bluff and got called, now he must live with it. He was initially short one man. Instead of stepping up himself, he probably pushed it down to the low man on the totem pole; now he’s short two people. So how did that work for you, man of no compassion. SMH

@Josh Aterovis, the suspense and thriller ball of twine tightened nicely as it all tied together, nicely done. Yes, how could anyone that followed through to complete this wonderful story, not want more of these diverse and dynamic characters. Please share with us the chronicles of the Killian series. I prefer chronological order or at least a series timeline for a better understanding of events. Thank you for sharing this story here with us.

I assume these new releases are all written but I have to wonder if Jake too is gifted. Likewise, what is the source of these gift and what is the meaning of these gifts? Yes, sadly I believe monster Todd was born of dad’s extreme behavior and introduction to murder…of a person I think Todd held dear. How could this early life fear not drive you crazy; so sad 😞.

Everyone enjoys a little excitement, don’t they?

Oh goodness, ouch; a sprawling, tumbling, belly flop from up high can be painful 😣. Luckily their youthful resilience still prevails. 😆 Dunking is touching, and hormones take over; yeah, once airways are tongue probed and confirmed open, it’s time to return to public reasoning. ☺️ Nice timeline reference @Mark Ponyboy Peters, of the seafaring housemates and allowing the other landlubber roommates to share their youthful shenanigans too; learning more about personalities and character of roommates builds that personal bond of their lifetimes; nicely done to tie them all together from afar.
