I definitely understand why Silas finds it hard trusting people. After all, he trusted his "parents" and look where that got him. But...I do agree with all your other readers; he shouldn't have been so rude to Jenny. As Chelsea said, she was only trying to help. Why would he think she was lying when she told him everything Ian did to try and find him? He needs to give her a chance and tell him what else she knows. Chelsea is a very smart girl. She'll be a really good friend to Silas, I can tell.

Don't scare the women when they're gardening??? lol I had to laugh at that lady cop. So he can scare them when they're not gardening? Plus, Silas doesn't seem like he's the scary type! Thank God Silas didn't have to resort to selling himself to Adam for Addy's leash. But now I'm wondering what favor he's going to ask of Chelsea. I'm with drpaladin. Comsie, you describe young love (or infatuation, whatever the case may be), to a t. I remember being so young and feeling like I was going to explode if the phone didn't ring, or missing whatever boy I was crushing on so much if I didn't see him for a certain amount of time. Now that I read these stories of yours, they bring back so many memories of feeling exactly like your characters. Along with the rest of your readers, I, too, am thrilled that Tristan told that tool Jason off. What an ass. I think Artie stole the show in this chapter. He was hysterically adorable. lol That doesn't even make sense, but you know what I mean. His flirting with Tristan and Jesse's defending Tristan ("He's MINE!") was hysterical. That whole scene really had me cracking up. I don't know if Scotty could even handle Artie! lol But maybe with someone he actually has a chance with, Artie would be shy. Maybe he's so bold with Tristan is b/c he knows he's Jesse's, but with someone who he had a shot at, he might be really shy. I can't wait to find out. Great chapter, Comise!! A beautifully sad song for a beautiful lady. And Helen Reddy and Anne Murray are just fantastic singers. Angie Baby is such a haunting tune. Wow, I haven't thought of Helen Reddy or that song in years.

James, you got your cat back!! I love anything by Green Day. My kid and I listen to them in the car every day. We've seen "American Idiot" on Broadway three times. I think I'm the one who dragged him there the last two times, though. lol I haven't seen this video until now. It's heartbreaking. It definitely brought me to tears. The guy who plays the boyfriend (husband?) looks familiar. Is he an actor do you know?

I really enjoyed reading about the band. They all seem pretty tight, especially Brady and Jack. I like the fact that Stacey and Theo knew not to disturb Brady and Jack when they were in IHOP. I'm also surprised that number one, Jack would just blow off the next stop to turn around and go all the way back to Colorado, and number two, that Brady said no. Brady's willing to risk losing track of Silas? Can't wait for chapter four!

Zach's a smart reader. But then again, if you're named Zach you gotta be smart. lol Ok, so I'm just biased b/c my own Zach is so smart. But Zach did hit the nail on the head; this is the turning point for Andy. If he goes through with this he will be digging his own grave. If Thomas only put a nanny-cam or something in Colt's room, he would see how his b/f is trying to seduce Andy. Colt is not to be trusted. I'm pretty disappointed in him. He was always so nice, sweet, and innocent with Thomas, but now he seems like such a man-whore just b/c Andy complimented him. All I can say is: ANDY, TURN AROUND AND WALK AWAY!!!!!!! DON'T LET YOUR TEENAGE HORNY GET THE BEST OF YOU!!!!! There, I've said my peace. lol

I'm gonna miss the doc too. He had such insight - especially where Andy was concerned. I'm glad Andy took Matt's advice and backed off from Colt. I just wish Colt would stop trying to pursue Andy. I know Thomas is jealous (who wouldn't be?), but he really needs to think hard (pardon the pun! ), about his relationship with Colt. Is this the type of boy Thomas wants to be with? One who will flock to the first person who flatters him and encourages him to do something? What kind of b/f is that? If Colt is going to take off with Andy, I'd say good riddance. Thomas can do better than that. Thomas is such a great kid, he deserves better than a b/f who would try to get in bed with someone else. IMO

Hmmm, again, no Jaro. Where'd he go? lol The end of the chapter was so heartwarming. You could just feel the love A&M have for each other. And Andy pretty much admitted why he wants sex so much: he wants to feel loved. Sex does not equal love. How could he not know this by now. Did he think that all those pedos who fucked him loved him? Oh, and speaking of pedos - thank God Noland is behind bars. Wish they could have caught Derrick. Dangerous pedos. Yes, having sex with Matt will definitely make Andy feel loved, because Matt loves him. Ah, that's probably why he wants a committed relationship with him - b/c he knows Matt loves him unconditionally. But having sex with Colt is not going to produce those feelings of love that he's looking for. How could he not know this? Ugh, sometimes I just wanna slap Andy upside his head!

Where's Jaro? lol I thought for sure he'd review this chapter! What a shit Andy is, but you know how I feel about what he's doing. I think it's horrible that he's going after Thomas' b/f. Thomas is a good friend, and you just don't do that to ANY friend. Didn't he ever hear of the bro code? And Matt's so right - if Colt is so willing to cheat on Thomas with Andy, who will be next? How can Andy (or Thomas) ever trust him again? Great chapter, Elias!

The end of the chapter got me choked up again. I got choked up the first time i read it also. A&M have such a special friendship that I think most would be jealous of.

Matt definitely did the right thing in telling his dad about Andy wanting to watch/participate in the porn thing. Of course Andy didn't see it that way. lol The shit really did hit the fan. I'm so proud of Andy though - he does have character. He could have confessed to Derrick that he had told Matt, but number one, he didn't want to be blamed for ratting them out, and number two, he didn't want anything to happen to Matt, despite the fact that he was furious with him. Good job, Andy!

Matt has so much common sense, it's hard to believe he got roped into the prostitution and the porn thing to begin with. I hope he can talk Andy out of whatever he's thinking about with Derrick and the porn. Not good.

Derrick and Noland are so stupid. Especially Noland. They don't realize how much trouble they could get into with these teenagers.
