As noticed in my comment in the last chapter, the thought that Master Thorvil is off to a concave/conference/gathering is a ruse...ancient battle magick and machine magick has been loosened upon this world, I have to think that many more hands may be needed in this quest...

Flitch is more than he seems, I believe he is from the times of the ancients, most likely the embodiment of those who fought the evil that destroyed that ancient society. Jamie and, for the lack of better words, his band of merry men will be responsible for restoring order and the safe return of @weinerdog's classified documents... "What is that?" One of my favorite comments in this story concerned Frank Arliss, destroyer of pink highlighters. An interesting editorial, for some of us of a certain age, we not only well remember the slow march towards a free society in South Africa, by forcing a regime to change, not only would they have found a home in the deep south of my country, but kindred spirits...even today. This week's Supreme Court decision on racial gerrymandering was a stunner. They found that a state that was 30% minority was under represented with only 1 congressional district...imagine that... Back to the story an apt description well written...hard to believe he was related to the former editor... I’d never actually spoken to Mike Delport before. I was wary of him, but at least he’d never called me “Piano Fag” like Frank Arliss, the beefy lock who with his high forehead and thick pelt of chest hair looked like a cross between an Orc and Frankenstein’s monster.

Much to ponder in this chapter and many good things to think about. Once again, the essential, selfless goodness demonstrated by the boys comes to the forefront. Undoubtedly they are the ying to Urvan's despicable yang. The question, which we will undoubtedly find the answer to in the next chapter, what is going on in town, near the master's shop. Is our nemesis raising a force of ne'er-do-wells, as evidenced by troubles further down the road? One hopes that Wanda is safe and unharmed and like others, I suspect Dorf may stick around the boys for some fun and adventure!! And for some of us of a certain age...the name Dorf brings up some funny memories... Tim Conway as...

One has to wonder about Urvan the miserable, petulant and lonely...Is it possible the charm the prince had placed so the boys would no longer be jealous may have affected him...just a bit??? Getting back to the prince, the following explains much... The prince has a gift for seeing a sweet nature, and despite the surroundings of their early years, the streets no more crushed the sweet nature of those three than it did yours.
