While there will be litigation, or the attempt to do so, raises a couple of points: The 'Little Red Book', I would think that this alone would be enough to bury Tarquin... With no access to funds, unless the embezzlement of the 120 million for the solar project is somehow squirreled away, what is Tarqquin doing for cash? Does he have a secret stash fund in a bank somewhere? When pressed for any and all sources of income in depositions, could those funds be impounded? Rather, I would guess that somehow he's been able to secure access to other people's money, most likely lent on usurious terms, from folks who expect a timely return, and a vig that is quite onerous...
