I mean, it's hard to say, but it could be that the students aren't used to that way of grading. Has the professor used this grading system for very long? It sounds like he is covering the material that will be on the exams. I had teachers that would take off points if the answer wasn't complete enough, or gave incorrect information, which sounds similar and yeah, getting full marks was pretty difficult, but most of the class still passed. If most of the class fails though, that might be a problem.

I worked in retail for a few years before I went back to school and found that the last Saturday before Christmas and the day right after Christmas to be worse than Black Friday.

I never had much pain with mine at all, I guess because of their placement. I saw one of my coworkers get one on the top of her foot and it looked agonizing.

Four piercings in the left ear, three in the right. Two tattoos, I have a turtle on my upper back and a religious tattoo on the back of my neck that is covered by my hair most of the time. I am planning on a third, just trying to figure out where to put it.

I've never had a meal on Amtrak, so I'm not sure if they are good or not. But I've only done short trips, usually up to DC or NYC.
