Do you believe in fairies and elves and that ilk? I always have done, the ring is also real, a beautiful oval of peridot sat in an elaborate but old silver ring.
Thank you William, I loved writing them
Casey seems to be really enjoying the attention (if a little tentitive) . I hope they get closer again, they really were close for a time back there. Lovely chapter Rusty
Well, that was a pleasant read! I love your writing, it's so easy to imagine everything going on. We don't have baseball in the UK but something similar called rounders, it's an old kids game, I doubt if it's played anymore. I hunt, but I use every part of the animal, and I respect it too. I only have chucks now, but my bluebell wood is still my sanctuary, when things are tough I go there just to sit. You are a very talented man, and this is a wonderful tale so far
I really enjoyed this chapter, and didn't have to re-read to get the gist of where things were. They seem to be a really good couple for Casey, I look forward to reading more. I loved the bed, and smirked every time I read cinnomon rolls because I can't stand the stuff. Well done Rusty
I thought it a beautiful story KC and I am so sorry for your loss
You tell it as it is it's real and tangible and after sadness comes an adventure of finding out who this lady is. Sounds a lot like fate to me.
All the love in the world my friend
I rarely get on either Cassie, life gets in the way. I'm still with Stuby via Skype everyday, he's working in a job he hates so that will be ending soon. I'm scrubbing up on some basic maths while I'm waiting for my next degree course to start, and I'm part way through a new story.
I keep coming here hoping some friends are about but it's rare I see anyone.
Much love and luck to you Cassie
Sorry to take so long to get back to this, but I remember it all so well I'll have to look up yaupon I never heard of it. It is a wonderful story Rusty, and you make everything so real and vivid I'm right in the story. Next chapter tomorrow, bed time now. Great job Rusty
