    Story

I'll make sure to tell this Valentine story now. Thank you for this.
  2. A Valentine Cluedo with a nice twist at the end. I really enjoyed the story.
  3. Attraction warned against, but he still can't resist...that's what I wanted to convey. Maybe with a devilish touch. I'm so very pleased you caught on the cardinal. Thank you for deeming my poems beautiful, although I still have so much to learn, Peter.
  4. The moment I post a poem it belongs to the reader as well. I'm glad it worked for you, made you curious, wary? Perfect. Thank you for reading the poem and sharing your thoughts, Cole.
  5. I'm usually the one who would paint a black door blue...oh well. You had me laughing about 'where meaning is perhaps of secondary importance'. My answer would be: I hope not. I tied very hard to bring my idea into proper form, which I managed at least. Thank you, AC.

    Story

A beautiful, sad story. You made me cry. I am so glad they are still together. Even when Glenn doesn't know who Adam is, he trusts him and doesn't feel alone and abandoned. And on his good days there will be butterflies still...
  7. A friend had me listen to David Bowie singing 'Port of Amsterdam': Then I found Jacques Brel and I loved it too:

    Story

With his bike slung over his shoulder, Theliel ran up the stairs, wincing every time one of the pedals bumped into his lower back. But he couldn’t slow down if he wanted to make it on time. Horace must have seen him coming, because he was holding the door wide open when Theliel reached the landing. The security man shook his head. “Cutting it close again, Theo?” “Alarm didn’t go off! Thanks, Horace!” He headed for the bank of elevators at the end of the hall, sending a prayer to whatever angel
  9. Theo is just a normal guy with an unusual job. He works as a Cupid.

    The Letter

And the story is waiting for you... If it will be your bedtime story, you'll have some interesting dreams I'm sure. Love to read about your ideas. Thanks, Gary!
  11. How come Carly is such a bitch? There must be a story... Still, I was glad Craig stood up to her. 'Some growing up' seems to be a motherly euphemism, lol. I'm feeling sorry for her little daughter. So...the talk. A talk? First of many talks? *tries to be patient*
  12. Haha, yes, the king is almost himself now, which means he will be dominant...as long as Noël lets him? 'The bed-scene is written with so much wit...' I find writing those scenes' is always a special challenge. I'm really happy you liked it. Thank you again for the review, Peter! I am writing my antho story right now, after finishing I'm going to start on book two. Promise!

    The Trial

I went through quite a number of pieces until I found one that fit. I'm glad you agree. Thank you so far, Peter. Now I'm going to reply to part two.

    The Trial

I'm sorry I didn't answer your review, Def. 'You do get a sense they always belonged together.' These words make me very happy. That was what I wanted to show, even though everyone and Noel had their doubts. Thank you for following THatI and sharing your thought with us.

    Prologue

The perks of reading a complete story... Thanks for giving THatI a try, Gary.

Ah, so many good ideas. I hope I can surprise you. Thank you for reading and commenting, Gary.

    Reunion

Tim! Welcome, welcome. I can't wait to learn what you think of the next chapters. Thank you for reading.
  19. And I'm standing with both my feet in the middle of drama central. No wonder the story got out of antho dimensions. This will take a while to solve...lol. Tempestuous start, Gary.
  20. Thank you!!!!!
  21. Thank you for featuring 'The Holly and the Ivy', Cia. It's the first time one of my stories is featured. Yay! Can't wait for your comments and questions on 29th.

Thank you for taking a look then. I'm happy you liked it.

    Story

Thank you, Suvitar! That's all we can hope for, in real life and for Jack and Gene. Maybe one day, we'll revisit them and see.
  24. I fought with this one, so many ideas so little fitting rhymes. Did you know there isn't anything remotely adequate rhyming with sofa? lol I pushed it away, because it wasn't what I wanted. Peter's poem reminded me and, with a little help, it became this. Thank you for your nice words, Gary.
  25. Thank you for your comment, Tim! Warm is good. Right? Maybe we'll meet there.
