Converting Written work to an eBook format?
Lugh replied to Andrew Q Gordon's topic in Writer's Circle
I have. But I'm not 100% proficient at it. -
Hello GA Poets... GA Stories now has a poetry catagory. You are all requested to post your poems there (rather than here) so they are searchable. There is also now a "Poet" title if you don't feel "Author" fits you. You can find it in the store (look in the tabs at the top) then choose the membership choice on the left hand side. You can then pick Poet from the list. We would really like to see ALL these poems moved over to GA Stories. Please take the time to read the FAQ in GA Stories, then, if you need any help doing it or have any questions you can PM me. Let your voices be heard! This is a direct copy from the legal section of the FAQ, it is part of agreement everyone agreed to when they first signed up. I suggest you read it. By posting messages, uploading files, or otherwise providing any material for display in the Gay Authors Forums, you are representing that you are the owner of the copyright for the material, or are making your submission with the express consent of the owner of that copyright, unless that material is in the public domain. In addition, when you post a message, upload a file, or otherwise provide us with material for display on the Gay Authors Forums: You are granting Gay Authors and CDEJR Web Services, Inc, a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to: Use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform, publish or display all such material in any medium or venue or publication, printed or electronic, which medium may or may not exist at this time and without further compensation or attribution, unless otherwise explicitly marked. You are also granting Gay Authors and CDEJR Web Services, Inc, its assigns, subsidiaries, owners, parent company, and heirs, the unrestricted, royalty-free right to give, rent, sell or otherwise provide a sublicense to third parties with respect to the materials. The foregoing grants shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such communication, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, service mark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction. The above applies to material posted on the message board (Forum.) All rights (including copyright) to original works posted by members in the Hosted Authors, Anthology, and GA Stories areas of the site are retained by the respective authors, unless other agreement is made between the author and Gay Authors. It is in your best interest to post your poetry in GA STORIES. Lugh

Anthology Stories By Lugh Oidche Shamhna Tomorrow is All Hallow's Eve -- my last day to live. I'm not really sure why I'm writing this down, except that I want someone to know me for me, not for what I am to become, not for what I am to do, but for the life I have lived to get here. Some would say my story began nearly a year ago, when, by virtue of a simple metamorphic flaw in a chunk of randomly chosen fieldstone I became Devoted. Any of my friends could have

Anthology Stories By Lugh Day-Glo Afterdark and on to the story.... Tiredly, Keefer flopped back on the hotel room bed, his arms spread wide, and exhaled loudly. "Vega-5," he mumbled to the air, "not the best destination in all the galaxy… but here I am." He chuckled to himself. "Bet they won't think to look for me here anytime soon." He luxuriated in the knowledge that he should not be found for at least a few days, then he got up and began to unpac

2006 Summer Anthology --- Welcome to Vega-5, where every need and desire can be met, even if you don't know what they are yet. So unpack your bags and enjoy your stay, but remember, what happens on Vega-5, stays on Vega-5, unless the vid-bots broadcast it to the universe.

Sometimes you inherit more than your inheritance...

Short Stories By Lugh In My Father's House In my father's house, there are many rooms, and I had inherited them all. I do not know what my brothers had done to piss him off, but when they read the will, I inherited the largest chunk of Pops' estate. Me, the black sheep of the family, the one Pops kicked out of the nest, then did not speak to until his directions from beyond the grave named me his chosen one. "So the prodigal son inherits it all," sneered my eldest brother

Short Stories By Lugh The Prophesy The Master, Spinder, sat holding a well worn copy of the prophecy the Council decided was coming to pass very soon according to the omens. It had been written in a language that hadn't been spoken since before the elf wars though and some words were not translatable, however they were convinced. A note at the beginning stated the original had ragged edges and words were smudged over and run together, but the scribe testified that it was a tru
