Keith's ego is smothering me. No wonder guys have a hard time opening up to him. His self assurance comes across as pure arrogance. Great chapter!

Don't know what to think of Edwin other than he is pretty damn observant. Dustin fell for his plan, hook, line, and sinker. I think Keith was a little rude, but maybe his interests were more important than his friendship or whatever he has with Dustin now. Or....maybe the night isn't meant to go well anyway, since Keith is more or less just trying to get back at Eliot:P

I think this game of cat and mouse is going to get nasty. Both guys are making a mistake, and going to cause a lot of heartache if they don't get their head out of their butts. Sounds like Jeffrey and Dustin are open for relationships. Not a good scenario You are doing a great job with the story!

Looks like Eliot needs to be more open with Keith, but Keith certainly doesn't need to throw an old love in his face. These guys are headed for trouble

Finally, made it back to see what was going on with the boys, and running across the pool was hysterical, but seemed to do the trick. Eliot seems to have a lot of baggage, but nothing that can't be helped.

Patsy Cline huh? It could be "Walking after Midnight", "Crazy", or now that I see the title of the next chapter, "I Fall to Pieces." lol. Dewayne was a piece of work, and I can see how living with a rat like that could affect your mental state. I'd probably gone nuts and beat the hell out of Dewayne if I'd been Chuck. Manipulative people are hard to spot at times though. Great job with the story Cole. More and more twists and turns

Taking the bad with the good, and then good come out of it. I hope Chuck's episodes do get shorter because of Dylan. That speaks of a lot about how solid of a relationship they actually have developed. The peek into the next chapter is a little scary. It makes me think that Dylan is not going to respond well to Chuck finding out about Ron.

I can't even say what I would like to do to Adam at this moment, but I can say I'd like to slap the shit out of Dylan's mom. Abby might feel remorse after the fact, but she brought in trouble, so she should have to suffer. Dylan should think hard and long before forgiving her, and with lots of stipulations thrown in before letting her back into his life. Chuck obviously still has his insecurities, and this brought them raring back to him. Hopefully, Dylan can calm him, and salvage their relationship after this crappy night. Great writing!!!

So now Jeremy is out whether he wants to be or not. Seems to me, he'd take advantage of the fact to be with Luke, but at this point, I don't think I'd want to see that. I wanna see what's gonna happen with the hot cheerleader

I just don't think I could deal with the scowling and scolding over a damn text. No one else will see it. Makes me wonder if it is just sex for Jeremy. Luke seems like a great guy. Situations like this cause a lot of stress and drama, but I guess that's the ingredients to make a great story huh?

Hated those awkward moments with my parents in my late teens. I had a few, but I don't think quite as bad as Keith's was. Loved how you have an underlying humor in the chapter, especially the humble servant relaying Keith's actions You have a great start here. Will have to read more:)

Your chapter end note was hysterical. But, back to this chapter. The football game get together is my kind of thing. I love a den full of folks and dirnks and fans screaming at the television. Raleigh is so cute and bashful. He and Isaac seem perfect for each other. I'm glad Isaac told Dylan about Chad making a pass at Chuck, and Chuck putting him in his place. Can't wait for the next chapter. Sounds funny!

It tickles the shit out of me how people get confused when you give them a little tidbit from the next chapter. lol First of all, I loved how Chuck's Nanna called her son by his full name to get his attention. I do that to my grandson. James Kyle Bradley Burris! Come here! Quite the mouthful. Always wondered why my daughter gave him that big name. Kelli is at the top of the totem pole as far as sisters so. It's always nice to have a protective sibling. I have four siblings, but I've never felt any of them had a very protective nature toward me, but my daughter and husband are over the top as far as protecting me. Even my grandson has caught on and watches out for Nana. That's what he calls me. Derek took the lead in the bedroom and made Chuck squeal. Yay Gotta watch those shy ones Love this story and so glad I got some time to get caught up with Dylan and Chuck's romance

I agree with Lisa about Chuck letting Dylan talk when he is ready. The two Kellys or Kellis are finally getting together huh? Should be interesting. Chuck seems comfortable with Kelli "having the talke with Dylan." If he's ok with it, then so am I

Sometimes best friends's jealousy of their friends significant other is because of not getting to spend as much time with each other as they are used to. I just hate that Chad took it to this level, but at least, Dylan turned it on him in a funny way, and didn't get angry with him. Chad seemed to come out on top anyway. (or was it bottom?)

Quite the array of characters. Can't wait to see how they all come together, and who strikes sparks off who. Mikeal was pretty brave, kissing Mr. Long Green Hair. lol Ready for more now

Never thought a ghost story could be so warm and romantic. Also you wrote the sadness in a beautiful way. The only thing that I didn't like was you didn't tell us what was in the damn gift Enjoyed this so much Thorn.

Loved it even more the second time around. See, I wasn't that only one that saw a little romantic twist in it! Great job!
