Sorry about giving you heart palpitations (not ), it wasn't intentional, and I was more worried about Team Rob growling about missing out on Rob time. Good points about Ryan, I'll keep in mind you want to know more about him. Maybe a spin-off story one day? I think he hero-worshipped his cousin a bit, and no one helped them deal with the breach.

Sigh, I've given up on waiting - someone else will have to get the 555th review spot. This chapter may be a happy (and hot) interlude, but it's also important in advancing the story line and confirming the 'us' of a new couple - bonding is as important as sorting. The Many Happy Returns (or less happy as the case may be): Taking up the task of visiting other packs Fendral on pack lands (can he return to human if he's around earth mate pairs?) Discussion of safety and placating Elinor in Mom mode What will happen if - no, when the boys return with new earth mates? Arriving at the cabin - their second home (loved Tobyn's emphasis on that) Wolves at the rock, their first place of sharing (we all knew they were meant for each other, just not how unavoidably and importantly so) talking of many future returns to the cabin (maybe Dane and Mace will spend time there too) Another step of joining (HOT! and romantic) and Tobyn sharing Kellar's sight The time at the cabin was definitely about Kellar and Tobyn, revisiting the time they met, how they felt, spending time together, relaxing and doing couple stuff: going for a run, taking a nap, cooking and eating dinner, watching a movie, making love, pillow talk. Of course, the extra surprise from the earth mother reminded us how special they are, not just Kellar, but Tobyn too. But you know: with special powers comes extra responsibility - but that's something our guys are able to handle, if they are together.

Well, at least they had a long life. I'm sorry the end had to be violent, because Tristan wouldn't do the 'mummy' sleep. Did all the other vampires also chose to die?

LOL, yes, very naughty boys. Once you find out how good it feels, it's even harder to resist temptation. Rob's not the kind of guy to hold grudges, and I think Ryan will be OK from now on.

LOL, what can I say? Perhaps I should point out that if you'd left a trail of likes or reviews you would know how far you've gotten in this silly story. On the other hand, maybe you have, and this is just another way of prodding me. I hope Rob and Co keep you entertained while you wait.

Ryan has his good sides, even if he has a few rough edges. He probably suffers from a lack of attention from his parents, who should have made sure their kid had dealt with the aftermath of a rather explosive situation. But Rob and Jazz will do their best. Glad you like the chapter.

LOL, yeah, there was no way Nelson would withstand the earnest efforts of Eric for long. He's as stubborn as Rob in some ways, and quite daring too. Ryan's behavior was a bit of a mystery to Rob, and he's not one to give up until he's solved it. I have the feeling he and Jazz will continue to help Ryan - who might benefit from a chat with Mr Perry.

One of my favorite chapter of this whole story. It shows the goodness of George and the skill of Arthur and the potential of Gary.

I always feel sad after this chapter. George and Brae became close friends, and it hurt for George to leave. I guess Brae will remember him with fondness and a little sadness too.

I suppose the rest of the staff must know about their Master being a vampire, since he does not age. Interesting that he made Tristan a vampire before bedding him and without biting him.

I think people who love you and care about you would be just as happy knowing you didn't stress but only did what you were able to. And I don't think you're lazy. If you don't get it done for Christmas, tell yourself they'll be just as happy and surprised in January. I mean I get wanting to do stuff you like to make people happy, but I bet none of them wants you to be stressed and angry at yourself for not living up to some arbitrary ideal of what Christmas should be like. I agree, it's a good story for a new writer, with unexpected depths in the characters.

It's a good thing the mouse is getting more stamina, lol. Let's hope this was another step on the road to Nix understanding how much they love him and want him.

My suggestion for a plan would be to do less and relax more.

I liked this beginning and it works well, whether you know the story or not. Although I had to laugh at Gunni's idea of Siggi's romantic behavior, no wonder he was so shocked and disappointed at the reality. But it was sweet how all he wanted was to see Siggi's smile every day.

The Aftermath was as important as the battle itself and they kept on learning lessons. Talking and testing they soon worked out how their new ability worked, and it did indeed make sense they had to focus and use single words. Even if it never becomes more than that, it's still a huge advantage. I found it quite cute how they have no problem standing around naked in company but Tobyn goes all shy saying he loves his mate. Another logical part of the aftermath was Tobyn having a small freak-out. This time he came clean with his 'dumb shit' thoughts when Kellar asked, so he's learning that too. Thay both needed to acknowledge how close they came to disaster, but also how the earth mother gave them the edge. Elinor had a good point about that later. Sleeping together was a good way of dealing with fatigue and fear and of course it also helped the healing. And I'm sure the shower afterwards had its own meaning of coming clean. I wonder how thoroughly Warren came clean on what happened, but Adelin seems to have forgiven him after giving him a piece of her mind. I bet that was an aftermath which he didn't enjoy, but if he told her how scared he was of losing Kellar, I'm sure she relented. After all, Kellar saved her life and gave her an earth mate. Elinor's reaction was predictable and the boys knew this aftermath was unavoidable, but like Kellar I hadn't thought about the consequences of letting Warren get all the credit. It was clever of him to come clean about the datails including their wolf telepathy. I hope Elinor keeps that to herself, too - though I guess she'll tell Denver and perhaps Miss Sybil, if the boys don't come clean with her themselves. I'm finally caught up with my reviewing - well apart from the chapter posting tonight. Sorry about taking so long, but you know I like to read and think carefully, so as not to miss any details.
