Chapter 1: The 400 Pound Woman
Timothy M. commented on Twisted_Dreemz's story chapter in Chapter 1: The 400 Pound Woman
Whoa, my head is spinning, my heart thumping, and I'm utterly bewildered, just as Micah is. What the F... happened here? Wolfed out explains a lot, but raises a whole new bunch of questions. I'm eagerly rushing on to learn the truth... Once more I loved the way he used his mind and his instincts to deal with every moment, being forceful but logical in his argument with the manager and seeing the need to get answers and at least show some cautious trust. -
Introduction: My Life Before

Thanks AC, for drawing my attention to this. I do love a MC who is clever, honest with himself, doesn't waste his intelligence, and fights to survive. I can't wait to see where this will go. -
Ahh, Greg, you've spent too long being the carefree observer, joking with people to make them relax, playing matchmaker or fooling around on the phone. It's time to grow up and develop the sensitive side more. Denny will eventually trust you enough to appreciate even sexual jokes, but he has a long way to go. But love conquers all, I hope. Jay and Miles are a joy to read about, but we remember the difficult start and the recent fracas. Fingers crossed that they will not encounter any more problems right now.

I shall dive into it asap ! Great review AC. -
Well done Shawn ! I just hope Martin crashes and dies without killing anyone.

Neil has kept secrets and been without friends for so long he hasn't learnt the main rule: not communicating is the most common cause of broken relationships (of all kinds). If Neil doesn't come clean soon and of his own accord, he'll risk Liam being more pissed that his boyfriend didn't trust him than about Neil revealing what a jerk Rod is. I don't think Doug knows what Rod is doing. In fact I think he'll be just as furious as Liam and more likely to beat Rod up for his interfering. We can all see that Liam will have no problem dropping Rod as a friend (probably uninvite him to his party) and this would also send a strong message to all his other friends in school. One which should be reinforced during the footie birthday party: Don't mess with Neil or you'll regret it. Think of the people who'll be pissed with you (in order or scariness): At least half the Lilydale Football Team, including Ty and Todd Clarissa Helena Doug Liam Phil

Yeah, prompt 425 looks perfect for me too, but it probably won't happen in time to be out this week. -
Initiation: Deja Vu & Chapter 1: The Shuffle Up
Timothy M. commented on AC Benus's story chapter in Initiation: Deja Vu & Chapter 1: The Shuffle Up
Oh, thank God CG, I thought I was the only one who felt like that ! Lincoln may have nasty parents, but at least he seems to love his younger brother. That's clearly not the case for Hamish, yet with the way his mom treats him in relation to Jack, it's hardly surprising. But I love Linc, he's awesome. I just wish he had said something cutting to the nasty nosy girl on the plane. If there's something I can't stand it's people intruding on other people's privacy. -
I think the most impressive part is that in spite of me having a hard time appreciating Dignity, you actually made me like large parts of Destiny. But perhaps that's because you let me rant at everybody and everything, LOL. But even more miraculously, you said my reactions and opinions were atually useful. I'm still a bit shell-shocked and flattered about that. To everyone else all I can say is take a deep breath and strap yourself in. The rollercoaster is about to take off ! You won't regret the trip.

the story you promised us of how Colt and Tony met Loved it, they really were hit by Cupid's arrows, lol. I hope Apollo got a nice reward for bringing them together, although I'm sure they would have met sooner or later. Fated, you know.

I'm not sure about this whole murder mystery, but it will be interesting to see what they can get out of Pastor Gregory. It will be hard for Daniel's parents but probably better in the long run, if they find out the truth is their son didn't kill himself. Chelsea was no surprise, but perhaps she can now get the therapy I've been grumbling about. And the police will have to take matter more seriously now. If pastor Simms is involved in both cases I'm guessing it's by persuasion and pressure rather than physical force. I'm quite upset Drake did not get the chance to phone Jack.

Chapter 28 Putting Together a Good Hand
Timothy M. commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 28 Putting Together a Good Hand
So transparent... LOL I think they both are. I have to admit this whole 'trap a husband by getting pregnant' deal is so foreign to me, I have a hard time believing such women exist. Get pregnant by accident, or by design in order to have a kid and make some poor guy pay child support for years, now that happens here too. But marriage? Nope. But it's nice to see Ace and Deuce slowly gather all the trump cards to win over the bitch. -
Prompt 420 He put his hand where?
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Prompt 420 He put his hand where?
Thanks AC, both for your help and for this thoughtful review. Super Straight Guy Duo, LOL. I guess they are secure enough in their sexuality to touch upon 'Gay' matters and check each other out. For Jazz at least there may be a difference in theory and practise, but who can blame him for having to work a bit on dealing with hot guys hitting on him ? At least he strives to achieve the ideal of being OK about it. -
Prompt 420 He put his hand where?
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Prompt 420 He put his hand where?
Thanks LL. I wonder along with you. But Rob will probably change his overprotective M.O. eventually. Eric may have to snap a few times first. The reality of such mature and sensible teens is something we've discussed before, and I am aware of the issue. But I like to dream and hold up an ideal in this case. So I'm grateful you point it out as something positive. Yes, the soapy stuff was a success, I think. -

Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Prompt 420 He put his hand where?
CG, the 'consuming felines' comment made my day - and that of several other readers. Sorry about that, but after the little theoretical excursion into gay territory the two jocks needed to assert their straightness. Yes to Jazz still being less than comfortable with guys showing an interest, but to give him some credit it's not from disgust or disapproval. But he'll learn to deal with it eventually. -
Prompt 420 He put his hand where?
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Prompt 420 He put his hand where?
Thanks Eagle-eyes, you're right as usual. Jasper's discomfort is probably more about not knowing how to reject any advances without unintentionally upsetting the guy. Being in a relationship with Carolyn helps, because he can now say 'Sorry, but I have a girlfriend,' rather than 'Sorry, but I'm straight.' I'm glad the water, soap and hot bodies combo lived up to your expectations. Rob keeping his options open is a good description of the current situation. -

Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Prompt 420 He put his hand where?
Thank you dugh, for the review and your encouragement in the forum. I'm so glad I didn't disappoint. There was never any question of Rob and Jazz being anything but two straight men bonding over exercise, the appreciation of the charms of females, and wanting to deal well with their brother/best friend being gay. Jasper is the experienced one here, and I think Rob finds it easier to test his thoughts and worries on him. -

Thanks my Swedish friend, I'm glad you liked it. And at least I have one reader not worried about talks of 'misser'. -
Prompt 420 He put his hand where?
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Prompt 420 He put his hand where?
LOL, Carlos, I like your book dream. Yes, you're right about the conversation being an ideal, - both for teen and straight men, and perhaps impossibly so. But that's my dream. An extra thank you for pointing out older brothers may have a hard time accepting younger ones being grown up and able to fend for themselves. Did that come from personal experience ? -

Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Prompt 420 He put his hand where?
Thanks, Gary. I'm glad the descriptions resonated with you and the dialogue felt natural. It was actually quite tough to achieve that, but AC kept nagging at me till I got it right, bless him. Jazz may suggest, but let's see if Rob can act accordingly or he'll revert to type. -
Out of likes right now, but I enjoyed this. He's asking about the future but by the same token we learn what makes their relationship loving and wonderful right now.

Prompt 420 He put his hand where?
Timothy M. posted new chapter in Timothy’s Terrible Prompt Stories
“He put his hand where?” Rob wiped his face after finishing his last right-handed biceps curl and stared at Jasper in amusement. “On my shoulder.” The redhead carefully set his dumbbells down. “It was only for a second, but I thought he was definitely trying to cop a feel. I didn’t mind when I thought about it later; I was just surprised at the time." “Dude,” Rob said through his chuckle. "You think, just because you assumed the guy was gay, that a touch on the shoulder was a come-on?" “Um,- 26 comments
