  1. Michael was sitting at the kitchen counter, staring at the door, waiting for him. That was my favorite moment of the whole chapter. Michael like a cute, devoted puppy eagerly awaiting the home coming of his beloved master. For some reason that melted my heart together with the admission he wanted to run after Kendall crying "Where's my morning kiss?" In Danish we have a name for women who are incorrigible matchmakers: (Kirsten) Giftekniv mainly used by the Danish poet Ludvig Holberg. So I'm gonna call Deuce Kendall Giftekniv from now on. And I guess the offer of money from Ace's parents continued the winning streak, as did the improved condition of Michael's knee.

  3. I'm glad all my readers are on to Rob and his antics, and that you support the right of Nelson and Eric to be private about their relationship. It was exactly my intention with this chapter, and you summarized it very neatly. As to the fashion show
  4. LOL, I hadn't thought about that, but I think you're spot on about the tantrum. There's only so much protective big brother Eric can take before he boils over. But Rob sort of redeemed himself by engineering some private time for Eric and Nelson. I shall do my very best to make it an sizzling hour behind the locked door - and you'll get your chance to help.

    Chapter 10

Not much I can add to dr's excellent summary. I suppose the 'doctor' Chelsea is seeing regularly is a therapist for her depression. I also assume Tara and Chelsea has been meeting in secret ever since Chelsea was banned from seeing Tara, but maybe you do mean they've only been meeting for the past months ? If so I wonder how they happened to meet again. Were Adam involved with Daniel? Or perhaps he regrets not helping him when he had the chance? It seems to fit with the hints of his issues in the past. Silas definitely needs to think about the future rather than living from day to day. But it's hard to change a hitherto successful strategy.
  6. I may have to go back through all the chapters and change Jas to Jazz. I like the vibe I get from your version.I'm not sure whether Jazz is encouraging Rob or not, but Nelson will probably tell them both to stop pushing, if they don't tone it down soon. But Rob giving them an hour of privacy may atone for many past and future blunders.
  7. Thanks Gary, I'm glad you decided Rob wasn't too pushy - even after AC and I had toned it down I felt Rob was still close to the limit. But he knew when to back off so Nelson and Eric should set clear borders on his behavior.Young love making most of an opportunity is a theme which will be continued in the next chapter.
  8. LOL, well I'm sure you're not the only one to dream about Rob and Jas. I have no objection, but the official line is still 'the Super Straight Duo' as opposed to the 'Cute Gay Couple'. Stereotyping is fun. And I know all about the scary things going on in your corner
  9. Yes, they MAY have convinced Rob, but if not a few more forceful arguments may occur. Eric and Nelson have no need to show off their new relationship, but would rather explore in private. Behind a locked door. As per the end of the chapter. Stay tuned for more...
  10. I have no idea what will happen Monday morning, but I'm hoping for nothing dramatic. AC will help me avoid unreal scenarios.I've looked at several possible NJ cities, but haven't made up my mind. Suggestions are welcome, but otherwise I'll stay with a fictional town of appropriate size. I'm writing as fast as I can, but have to stop to wipe up drool now and then.
  11. “But why would you want me to meet you there?” I asked Rob. “Not that I don’t want to see you as early as possible,” I smiled at Eric next to me, “but getting Jazz up at six-thirty Monday morning is Mission Impossible.” “Hey, I can get up early for a good cause,” Jasper objected from the front passenger seat, glancing back at me with a smirk. “But meeting you in the coffee shop half an hour early, so Eric and Nelson get a few kisses in before class, hardly seems to be worth losing sleep ove

    Chapter 1

It was actually better the second time round, I paid more attention to the details and I forgave Mason for being so shy he couldn't even give Jackson the slightest hint. Oh and Mason's parents were great too. I've never played online, only traditional AD&D, but I can understand the attraction of meeting friends with the same interests on the internet.
  14. Oh and GRATTIS Sweden, you did win. I'm sure that will cause another SATW comic.
  15. Yeah, the third link was the first one she drew with Eurovision song contest and still the best. I also love the face of America at the end. Particularly since is the reaction of many Europeans when faced with strange US doings. I'm delighted to welcome more SATW fans. I recommend you start reading the comic from the beginning, but only on a day where you have nothing else to do. I laughed myself sick the first time I read SATW.

    Chapter 9

I went back and read the previous band chapter before reading this again. I'm still a bit surprised about Brady having a curly beard. Not what I normally imagine on an eighteen-year-old, but OK. Anyway, I'm thrilled the band has a recording deal for the Navigator and now it makes sense for them to open with that song - and probably play it once more as an encore. The record company will want maximum exposure of the song for it to sell. The radio promotion is cool too, and the only question is who will hear it first: Tara, Ian, or people back where Silas came from. I hope Silas will call or text Jack when he hears the song.

    Chapter 19

Well, now we know why Casey has the slide lock too. Martin apparently has a key to his door and thinks nothing of invading his privacy. I'm surprised he's let Casey keep the other lock. I hope Casey will tell Shawn the truth about being a virtual prisoner, he can do that without revealing the other secret yet.

    Chapter 42

Bringing Liam's dad with them was an even better idea than I thought, Phil was able to relate to Bruce and the things he said about accepting Liam. Perhaps Mary should visit Beth (Liam's mum) ? Damn, I want Deon to have a chance to play with his friend Kev for the Swans, but this would mean Sam and Mark would stay in Sydney, rather than move to Melbourne. Not so good for Neil's relationship with Liam. But perhaps he'll be able to go home by then, if his dad can get rid of his homophobia. Or am I being overly optimistic? I was glad to see Ty admit he'd gone too far with the teasing of Jim, and kudos to the coaches for pointing out the team needs to support Jim. But hopefully he's been desensitized by their ribbing, so he'll be able to ignore comments from opponents or fans. Patrick and Peter were right about the brat. Getting his hopes up and not being drafted would destroy him. Because we know the Blues will picjk him if all goes well, it's not as bad for us, but I like to see the support from those around Ty, trying to boost his confidence without creating unreal expectations. Thanks for my weekly Saturday morning Leopard fix, Graeme. Now, I'll have to suffer the withdrawal symptoms until next week, sigh.
  20. I think that's the most poetic summary of fifty years of life I've ever read.
  21. The best thing is to know little Mason is the first Corvin male for centuries born without a curse waiting for him, and both children are surrounded by a huge, loving and protective Family. I loved the image of the waiting groom in white and the approaching groom in black, and Em's vision of a proud Sil awaiting the love of his life came true. It was truly an epic tale, AC, and we will always remember Ahmed, Junyad, Emeric and Silviu.

    Chapter 8

More drama, almost melodrama, what with the girls kissing, the physical abuse by Pastor Simms, the snowstorm, Adelaide the rescue dog, and the confrontation between Silas and Ian. Be careful not to overdose. But I applaud Silas for once again being sensible and knowing he couldn't bring Chelsea to his camp. And his habit of always carrying everything he owns with him pays off now. I quite agree with him that he did need to ask Ian to be sure about his attitude to his brother being gay. I was proud of Silas for stating the reason for his leaving with no hesitation, and for making the decision to stay for now. I'm fairly confident he'll consider Ian's plea about no more running.
