  1. Or it could be because no one leaves and no one visits... Although, I've heard it's beautiful in the countryside. Is that so ?
  2. It'll be interesting to see if you manage to avoid the exponential growth we have seen in cases. From 35 confirmed Sunday morning to 652 today, and probably more.
  3. For some reason yeast for baking is the big thing here. This also happened in 1998, when there was a major industry strike. The Danish Yeast Company (De Danske Gærfabrikker) has sent out a press release: Keep baking, Denmark, we won't run out.
  4. Thank you, Gary, for leaving a comment on my blog review. It will feature in next year's Reviews Revisited blog - unless I get any competing comments. Hint, hint.
  5. Yeah, that's true. But people have gone a little crazy and are emptying the supermarkets, even though there is no shortage of food and other goods. I will. I can work from home, so that's OK. Hi Albert, I will, but I'm not at risk. Or at least I don't know anyone who is ill so far. But I guess we're all only five or six people away from someone with the virus, right ? I mean I know someone, who knows someone, who has been with a guy who has tested positive. So that's only three steps removed.
  6. There are now two lists: Most Prolific Reviewers and Most Prolific Commentators. The latter is the one I was talking about back in 2017. It is now headed by Wesley and @droughtquake. Now number 4, and Lisa is no 3. That list is now for prolific commentators. You're still ahead of me.
  7. Sigh, Denmark is more or less shutting down to prevent spread of Covid-19. We are told to work from home, and all schools and colleges will close on Friday (the 13th ) for two weeks. They're going to pass a law to forbid gatherings over 1000 people, and they recommend avoiding gatherings of more than 100 people. More restrictions may come...
  8. I'm blaming my cowriter. - or giving Aditus the credit.
  9. So glad you liked the trilogy, it was fun to write. Thank you for reading and commenting.
  10. Thanks for making it so far and leaving so many encouraing comments. I think (hope?) you're not the only reader who want more, and I do have the next chapter written, but I should get more done, before I post anything. Otherwise, I feel like I'm enticing readers back for very litlle.
  11. LOL, I thought you might like that. And now I feel bad about claiming the credit for the guardian angel via my A.I. trilogy, since I borrowed him from you.
  12. I thought you might.
  13. Patrick was relieved too. At least he has one nice relative.
  14. I'm not much of a child person, so I'm always relieved when my readers think well of the Michael parts. Indeed, Patrick's mum had special abilities too.

    The Line

You've been missed just as much as Jon, so I was very happy to see you commenting.
  16. Well, he may think they're gone, but we know better, right ? After all, our guys haven't completed their joining. I really enjoyed writing furious Mr. Archibald, so I'm delighted my readers love him too.
  17. LOL, we can have a whole language session here, if readers from other countries add their word. Knuddel - I guess that's the German word for Hygge ? Sounds like the Danish word Knude = knot.
  18. At least they can commiserate about these problems. And moving to London will solve a lot of Peter's family issues.
  19. I'm delighted you feel that way. Thank you for all the positive feedback.
  20. Me too, and I'm very glad I didn't get asked this question. I would have no idea what to answer. But I enjoyed reading the replies from everyone asked.
  21. Indeed, they did, but it was also for their own peace of mind. I'm convinced they managed to forget about their relatives most of the time.
  22. Yep, I don't do poetry, but I like alliterations. That's also evident in my story titles. Hmm, what kind of arrow would that be ?
  23. This was a comforting chapter. I'll be traveling from Thursday to Monday, so I'd like to get the next chapter for editing asap, as internet connection may be patchy.
  24. That's what I thought, thanks for confirming, Cia. I know I read it on LitE, but I don't know if it's still there, because I haven't been back since I found my story home here on GA.
