The really interesting part is whether Wade will tell Hammer that his misfortune is due to hs lack of respect for Wade's warnings and for Matt's no to his sexual advances. Or whether he (and Matt) will stay silent on this.

Prompt 332 Try it again, and I will kill you!
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Prompt 332 Try it again, and I will kill you!
Thanks aditus, your example (and AC's encouragement) has me doing my best to write fun dialogue and cheeky stuff. Glad you noticed the 'heads' LOL. -
I love the fact that Hani went AWOL, all without intending to. Serves them right ! If they had treated him properly and listened to what he said, things might have gone differently. Now I wonder how he'll manage to find Phelps - or better yet, some one else who'll make him feel the same way.

There is no way Mary Ellen could be 'suitable' for an English peer, no matter her wealth. Can you imagine the British gossip press digging up her past (particularly the sexual escapades). - they would fry her while they laughed their heads off at all the juicy headlines. Alex is a cad, the 'excuse' of not having defined their relationship is bullshit. You don't date someone the way he has with JJ and have random sex with other people at the same time. And he even admitted JJ probably thought they were exclusive. Oh well, I had hoped it lasted longer than this, but even if Alex does grovel his way back into JJ's bed, the damage is probably done. Edit: Mary Ellen certainly fits the slut role in the Madonna complex theory

Prompt 332 Try it again, and I will kill you!
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Prompt 332 Try it again, and I will kill you!
You're welcome, I'm glad the story continues to entertain.I guess parents sometimes thinks too far ahead, but on the other hand if they don't, it may be too late for the safe sex talk or whatever. In Denmark the sex debut age has beeen pretty consistent around 15-16 for decades, don't know how it is in US. -

Yes, Rob's rather protective and helpful, isn't he? Even when it comes to shielding Eric from trouble with their parents. I'm sure he'll try to convince them a sleep-over would be quite innocent. Only - I'm not sure it would be, or that his parents will be convinced. -

Yeah, you're right. But hopefully Rob's comment will make her feel bad about assuming the worst of her innocent son. She may still say no to a sleep-over, but surely not the whole date.Time will tell. -

Good observation. I have the feeling Rob and Eric's parents have years of training in acknowledging the good qualities of their eldest son while trying to create a space for their introvert youngest son.Yeah, those gestures... LOL -

Bloody Hell that was fast ! Glad you liked it, and that Rob meets with you approval. But isn't it a bit weird that you get the straight guy and Irri gets the gay boy ? -
Prompt 332 Try it again, and I will kill you!
Timothy M. posted new chapter in Timothy’s Terrible Prompt Stories
“Try that again, and I will kill you!” Eric sat up and grabbed for the sheets, which Rob had ripped down to expose the substantial morning wood tenting his boxers. His brother had burst into his room disgustingly early for a Saturday morning and taken him by surprise. Rob smirked, unrepentant, “Dreaming of Nelson, huh?” There was no way Eric was going to admit he had been doing exactly that, still half asleep and happy. Good thing he had put his boxers back on after spending half- 22 comments

This was sweet. I have to admit I don't know the original tale, but I liked this version anyway. And you captured the tome of Grimm fairy tales very well.

Genetically, he may be so, but mentally and spiritually, he comes from a very different background and this is what counts here, I think. I can see JJ dismiss his biological parents as completely irrelevant, and rightly so.

I guess Pete deserves some praise for getting Corbin to think more long term about what he want from the frat instead of just reacting instinctively to the present situation. But I still think he is toxic for Corbin. The sad thing is Corbs knows it, but he can't help himself. The situation with Mike kills me, but I don't know what else Corbin could have said or done. Maybe being without Corbin for six months will make Mike get his priorities right. But at least he is honest and doesn't promise more than he can keep. Oh and I still want Corbin to get revenge on Dom, but just seeing Dom wait nervously for the next brick to drop may be enough for now.

Ah, now I get it. Your comment on my review was related to Alex having to go on a commercial flight (and of course he doesn't have money, which is why he's staying with Wade and Co.) This makes sense. I should have noted that JJ left on the 22nd but Wade, Matt and Alex went to Goodwell on the 25th. And I'm glad to know that my instinct about JJ expecting to be flown private jet style was spot on

Well done Neil. I have hopes for him, he reacted appropriately towards Liam and he's keeping a low profile with Jim. I'm guessing Jim may be the catalyst to mend things between Neil and Liam, even if they may never become friends, let alone boyfriends. The Ty and Alex banter was fun and it's interesting how well Karen relates to the fun, she is obviously just right for Ty. She has probably done as much for his change in attitude as Jim has. Wonder if the scouts will pick up on that. I hope last paragraph means that the next chapter will be about Dave.

Birthday Party and Jealous Conniption Fits
Timothy M. commented on Aditus's story chapter in Birthday Party and Jealous Conniption Fits
Yes ! The cheating ex-boyfriend got so upset with jealousy that he managed to fuck up his new relationship. Such perfect revenge and Jonah didn't even do it on purpose. Of course I feel sorry for Chris, and it was nice to see Jonah's natural kindness surface. And won't Eric be furious when he finds out that Chris spent the night. It also explained why Eric suddenly barged in on Ren and Jonah at the party. I immediately thought, "Why does he do that if he wants Ren to be with Jonah?" Anyway, the whole conversation before and after the interruption was great. Jonah blithely telling Ren he didn't like him, I almost felt sorry for the poor guy. Almost But at least he now knows a bit more about why he pisses Jonah off. Can't wait to see what happens next ! -
I still think Brad is an inattentive dad for not doing this for JJ - and he would be able to win some easy points too. But I guess Mark wants to have them be apart to see how JJ does without the support of Alex and to create drama in the shape of Mary Ellen. so I'll shut up about this matter.
-
If I was JJ, I'd be pissed that Alex didn't have time to see me skate, but found time to have a weekend of fun at Wade's family estate. Reply from Mark Arbour (author) I think a trip from Boston to Charlottesville (600 miles) on a private plane is a lot different than a trip to Spokane (2800 miles) on a commercial flight (probably a good 10 hour trip). Are you trying to tell me that JJ didn't demand a private jet trip from Brad or ask it from Stef? Or that Tiffany accepted doing a ten hour commercial flight trip in her condition, and neither Wade nor Matt offered to pay for a better solution? I don't know who disappoints me the most for not thinking of this And the whole point was that Alex wanted time to study, I can't see him doing much of that with all the distractions at Goodwill.
-
If Alex does fuck Mary Ellen, I hope he uses protection! Else he may regret it even more. If I was JJ, I'd be pissed that Alex didn't have time to see me skate, but found time to have a weekend of fun at Wade's family estate.

The Island of Misfit Toys
Timothy M. commented on Cole Matthews's story chapter in The Island of Misfit Toys
I cheered when Boyd got thrown out. What an idiot, holding a grudge for so long. It hurts him as well as Roy, but he's too stupid to see that. Hence all the drinking and aggressive behavior. Anyway, I was glad to see Chad man up and support Roy and make his feelings known. It will be fun to see Chad take the lead in their relationship rather that being guided by Roy. -
They were kind and gentle in the act but the real test of their honour comes now: what will they say about him to the other recruits?
-
Well, Lacey you silly girl, you certainly managed to fuck that up. But I'm glad Sacha finally told her to stop messing up his life. And Nik needs to get away from his awful father. I guess he and Sacha has something in common here, but Nik will have to find a less drastic measure than shooting his dad.

Lonely Heart Club - Prompt 367
Timothy M. commented on Aditus's story chapter in Lonely Heart Club - Prompt 367
Hmmm, poor Frank/Rich getting his hopes up, only to be outmaneuvered by Roman. Oh, well Martin probably needs someone like that (why am I reminded of Ren, lol). -
Yes! Becca the Bitch got sent back home like a naughty little girl in order to learn to behave and understand that she does not call the shots here. Hope this will make her respect her husband, who has more patience than she deserves. Sparrow and Kier will have the most awesome house, and I'm sure his 'extra' family will love to visit uncle Tristan and Robin for years to come. Don't forget to make a chocolate kitchen for his cousin to escape to.

Planned and unplanned meetings
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Planned and unplanned meetings
This made me smile! Jacob has met the twins together, but this was when they were just his kid cousins. Chris has only met Evan and he's a handful in himself. So no, they don't quite know what they are getting into, lol. It will be so much fun to let them discover.Glad you appreciated the juxtaposition of the two encounters, it wasn't planned but grew slowly as I wrote. Sometimes, things work out right.
