Thank you, I'm glad it appealed to you, and you are quite right about Jacob and Russell. They each have their issues, but kindness is a basic character trait for both of them.I hope the chapter also inspired you to visit other parts of Denmark, lol. In the story forum you can see more about the places mentioned.

Wow, Oli and Boris first and later Zander and Zupan, this was a great cross story chapter. I just had a feeling Kier's cousin and BtB would manage to surprise them, but this was worse yet funnier than expected. I'm glad Robin and her husband put Becca in her place for now. Hopefully, Robin will have convinced his parents (who should meet Kier by himself with Robin and no BtB). Now that Robin has met Kier's friends, he should introduce Kier to his own friends. Wonder if he has told them anything yet.

Michael is awesome, clever and sweet, shame he has a crush on Jonah or they could be good friends. At least Jonah didn't pretend after Michael confronted him with the matter. And of course I loved the bathroom scene which pissed both Ren and Eric off ! Awesome. And Chris got abandoned twice with Eric running after Jonah, so that was a nice pay back for being so insensitive at 2am and next morning in the first chapters. Oh and I got the irony of Jonah saying he was too old to play the immature love games, since he's doing just that from denial. But it's so much fun to watch. Can't wait for the next chapter.
-
So all of Jonah's socalled friends and relatives talk about him behind his back and rolls his eyes over him and think they know better than him. Cute, real cute. Oh and if Ren knows what Jonah likes for breakfast, how come he doesn't know Jonah hates getting up early? Or was that why he scheduled the job interview at 9 o'clock, hoping to catch him while sleepy ? Well, he did catch Jonah at a vulnerable moment now, and I suppose Ren almost behaved decently. But putting his number on Jonah's phone and deciding the ring tone was another smug move which pissed me off. Thus I cheered once again when Jonah threw Ren out and the parting shot was absolutely wonderful. Oh, I know they are 'meant for each other' but I want Ren to suffer for a long time watching Jonah run from him, oblivious and sarcastic as hell.
-
Oh I absolutely LOVED it when Jonah ran out on Steve and Ren. Awesome. I wish I could have heard Ren try to explain to Steve why the guy he'd recommended for the job refused to work for them, just because of him personally. Although, I have the feeling that Steve knew Ren wants to catch Jonah for more than a freelance job. The red rose and the message on the bike was a dead give away, so Jonah disappearing just then was perfect. I'm happy Jonah decided to run even further (to Sicily), and I recommend he keeps running from Ren, preferably while giving him the finger and insulting him in as many ways as possible. I hate smug, cocky, inscrutable, I-know-what's-best-for-you stalkers. Oh and that goes for relatives and so-called friends too.

Breakfast and French Onion Soup
Timothy M. commented on Aditus's story chapter in Breakfast and French Onion Soup
So Eric the bastard ex-boyfriend and ex-best-friend gets together with Chris the new best friend and now ex-friend too, and they spend all morning rubbing it in and poor Jonah cooks them breakfast and pretends he's happy for them. A bucket of cold water and a shove out of hte front door would have been more appropriate. Jonah is way too kind for his own good. And Ren's way of trying to get Jonah to see its over (presumably for reasons of his own) is heartless, even if Eric isn't worth the love and hope Jonah refuses to let go off. The way Eric 'told' Jonah is was over, is completely unforgivable for someone who was your friend as well as your boyfriend. I don't blame Jonah for running away, and I think he was incredibly brave to come back and silly to accept Eric as a friend again. Shame he didn't stay in Canada and avoid the drama and hurt. But then I guess we wouldn't get this story, lol. -
I think Jonah is too hard on himself. I cheered when he slammed the door in Ren's face and I wanted him to tell Chris and Eric to fuck off. All of them are insensitive, inconsiderate, indecent fuckers, who do NOT deserve the name of friends, and Jonah should delete them from his life. (And I've read the next three chapters before writing this, and it didn't change my opinion one little bit !)

OK, I'm on board, my sealt belt tight, and I'm ready to go. I like the idea of Zach already.

Well, better a few bitchy Wade tremors than an earth shaking major quake. And in typical Wade fashion he was upset with himself for feeling too strongly and acting bitchy and irrational. I just think it makes him seem more human. Good chapter, but like the other Tim I'm waiting for some Will time (actually I want to see more of Zach too). But I'll wait patiently for that treat.

OH SHIT NO. Why is it always a little too late with Mike? Why didn't he tell Corbin this before ? Why say it afterwards 'I could have' - then it becomes more like a punishment for breaking up with him. Is Mike that cruel ? Bitter revenge for a situation he created by being a coward about coming out. And what mistake is Corbin going to make? Will he tell Mike that he'll wait for him if he changes his life ? That's bull shit. If Mike means it, he'll go straight to his dad telling him he's in love with a guy and wants to come out. In that case he'll have to leave the VM and the lock down no longer applies. He can then see Corbin as much as he wants. All Corbin needs to do to call him on this, would be to say that if Mike is ready to do this, then there is no need to break up. The problem comes if Mike says "I'll come out if you'll wait for me until I'm done with the military" - but that's not for years yet. And if he says wait for me these six months and you'll get me eventually, but we have to keep it a secret while I'm still serving. that's even more bull shit. So I'm guessing the mistake will be to go through with breaking things off with Mike. To take his words to mean that he destroyed their chances and Mike wouldn't take him back now (I could have = but now I won't). All Corbin has to do is say: "Well, Mike if you had told me that when I called, we wouldn't have had this conversation about breaking up. So I guess I broke your heart as much as you just broke mine. Such a shame and I'm sorry." And Peter can fuck off back home to England and take fucking Dakota with him. Stupid bitch.

This is my favorite of all the Loring Lane stories. My grandmother was a garden lover. She stayed in her house until she was ninety and gardening was one of the things which kept her going. The legacy Louis gave Brody by giving him purpose and joy in life will last forever. Thank you for this beautiful tale.

I liked this a lot - and reading the reviews and your replies actually improved the experience. But I kept wondering what happened to Si when he got the telegram. Did he go on living or...

That was cute, but I wonder why Karen introuced Jared to Scott if he's not interested in shy guys. She must feel rather embarrassed about the bad behavior of her brother.

Scary, but at least Silas stayed sensible almost until the end. I guess Jeb had influenced him already and it took time for it to wear down. But when it did, he suddenly flipped and raced off to see Cort. Glad someone else got to him first.

Chapter 3 - Prince Ladd

Beautiful little fairy tale, it made me smile, but it's a difficult choice. One suitor must leave disappointed. -
Chapter 1 - The Bear Named Bear

Tyler seems to jump from one fantasy to the next, but hopefully he got it right with Jade. -
Once he passes out from the fumes, his foot should slip from the pedal. Hopefully the car will stall and the engine switch off. Although I don't know what a Pontiac is like. The other possibility is he'll start coughing and run out of the garage. Either way I have faith Miles will survive to feel somewhat stupid about doing this. Poor boy

Ohh, naughty - flirting with two guys at the same time. It's sort of from famine to feast, isn't it ? But do Greg and Jay want the same thing or different things ?
-
I'm not normally into phone sex, but this was HOT ! The 'see you in school' was a bit scary, though. However, if Kurt had Steve's number and it wasn't a genuine wrong number, then he must know it is Miles.
-
I wasn't too shocked about the pills, I saw them more as insurance of a way out. Having them in the car he couldn't drive was symbolic, too. He had hoped the car would spell freedom but since it didn't, Miles had to have something else ready. But the sudden phone sex did surprise me !

I was cheering too. Vain, shallow, status chasing, high school kids are awful - and the sad thing is that it's even worse today with all the social media and focus on being popular and good looking and famous.
-
So sweet and fragile, two boys almost not daring to believe they feel the same way. I hope Jay's courage is rewarded.

So far JJ seems to be in control of the relationship with Alex and he's good at reading him and keeping his cool so as not to scare the skittish Brit away. It's funny how Alex probably thinks he's in charge of how things develop and in reality he's being skillfully handled by JJ.

Prompt 356 Since when do I have to tell you everything?

Cool - since it is quite a challenge to make them distinct and interacting in a believable way. I'm thrilled you liked the result. -

I'm growing fonder of them all the time, too. Hope I can keep you happy with subsequent chapters.
