Most of the time, if you're enjoying something you don't want it to end. You understand that it must, but you also make a judgement/estimate on how long before said something should finish. How long you get to enjoy it. This length of time is not really based on anything concrete. Just a, usually, educated hunch. Sometimes your hunch is way off. If it is way off in the wrong direction...then that can be blah. 2 out of 3 is good. I think it is more 7 out of 8, you know? A higher percentage of good.

Did We note my reaction to said same prologue? I think its safe to assume I am not just pleased, but loving it so far. May one also drop a 'As always.' to be added to the end of that?!

I love that the Alpha of the largest Pack in North America is gonna be Morr's 'little boy-toy'. Not exactly the term I'd use to describe Alpha Tierney. Love, love, love that Vin is learning how to manipulate/use shadows. That it is not just a transport tool. That will be so very important later on. I wonder what Shaw is bringing to this story? Time and effort was spent introducing this possible storyline. Hmmm... So very excited for, is it the next chapter? The Pack Meeting, the official annoucement re Caleb, possibly meeting our first real Human Hater, the presence of Alpha Tierney at their Meeting, the formal intro of Vin to the Pack and the Dance. I too feel sorry for the Riders that were brought forward. It would be horrible to feel as if you don't quite fit anymore and that you are not as valued. Plus, F'drun was bad enough to have to worry about. Now we have someone else too?

I think Will is awfully lucky to be considered a member of the Family. To be on the canoe was a huge honour, I think. If Kiki really likes the House and Malo is going to sell it anyway, why don't they just secretly buy it? Of course. I think it is better if she just moves into Will's place, permanently as the Housekeeper? Someone to keep an eye on the place when Will isn't on site, who can get things ready for any visitors, etc.
