I have mixed feelings about William. I agree completely that his character is definately coming off as an as*, but at the same time I keep remembering and thinking that he trained Micah and I really do like Micah's character. Micah couldn't be a classic "good guy" without some prior influence could he? So I'm still thinking/hoping that William isn't the heartless twirp that I think he is. I'm probably off base with this thought, but is it possible that William's character will help Jove grow up a little more? I mean, yes he displays a great deal of maturity but the fact is he is still a boy who has suddenly been thrust into the nasty realm of adulthood without much gudiance all the while dealing with a lot of personal revelations. I think he's found someone he can trust and love with Micah...but will their relationship be able to develop even further if he sees himself more as an equal partner and less as a subserveant individual?? I'm pretty sure by reading earlier comments that others agree that Micah may see their relationship more as a partnership, but it would probably (IMO ) be an even better relationship if Jobe were able to see their relaitionship in the same light? lol I don't know...just a thought. To sum it up...I love the story...love Jove...and really want to hate William...but I'm holding out final judgement on him. HAHA Oh! And I love Jove's 2nd to last parting shot to William in the last chapter..."So are you going to rape me now??" (not an exact quote but pretty close) - Kaiten

Nooooo!!!! Well that bites. I mean it's completely understandable that you need to "stay away" and believe me...I've tried (I hope you have more success than I did )...but that still stinks. I'm going to miss you. Well poop. That's a downer. Ok, hehehe that just brought a funny thought up too...do you watch Will and Grace? I just remembered "Karen" at one of Grace's parties brought a big bowl of "party mix" candy mixed in with "uppers" and "downers"...a suprise in every handful! Ok...way off topic. That is awsome though that your soooo close to being done with school. Last year I found I had very mixed feelings at this point in time. I was thrilled to be done...but at the same time terrified because my "routine" was going to be completely messed up. I had no idea what was going to happen. Your going to do awsome! Hmm....a party at a park sounds great. That would be a lot of fun. Grab a cake and some iced tea and tell folks you're having an "informal" get together. lol Go play on the swings...they're great. That's impressive you've worked at one place for three years. The only thing I ever did consecitively for three years was my schooling. lol I have yet to actually have a job that lasted for more than a year. Perks of being...well I don't know. YAY! Shopping Rocks! You did go all out! That sounds like so much fun! And no dissing of the cheap rubber flip flops. I've got three pair! Red, Pink, and Green! They are my favorite shoes. But, sadly...a "no-no" in the lab...I'm a klutz with the acids. What can I say! I agree completely though with the "new city, new look". It will give you a new feel and even more confidence...a bit more can never hurt! **Sigh** Ok, here goes: Good luck with the exams!!! You're going to do great! CONGRATULATIONS ON GRADUATING!!!! It's a good feeling. All of that work has finally paid off...for the moment anyway. Good luck with the move, drive safely and have loads of fun. It'll be exciting decorating a new apartment. Hey Luc! Holy cow! Tell your son congrats for me! That's pretty impressive given how young he is. That's awsome, you must be very proud. So are you going to be one of those parents that has their entire back bumper of their car covered in bumper stickers that state "My Son is an Honor Student at _______ School"? I have yet to figure out if those make the kids feel special or just mortified? I'm sorry to hear about the kitten. Goodness, so many kittens...but even the loss of just one feels so huge. It's funny how something so small can affect someone so much. Ok, that just brought up a memory...kind of gross so if you don't want to read it don't! When I did my undergrad research project I worked with mice. Lots and lots of stinky smelly mice. But the 1-3 week old baby mice were adorable...small little black fur balls! So Cute!!! (for a mouse! ) Anyway, the first litter that was born (my research project involved studying fetal alcohol affects) scared the crap out of me. I didn't know she was pregnant...I saw the pups (5 total)...replaced the cage lid....checked a few hours latter and all that was left was one dead, half eaten mouse pup. I have no idea why she did it but it seriously freaked me out. I never had any of the other mice do that again, but everytime one would have a litter of babies I would spastically watch them "just in case"...I don't know why, I couldn't have prevented the mouse from doing it...but yeah. Off track side thought. hmm...I don't know where I was going with that. I hope it didn't gross you out too much. Sorry if it did. Hi Chaz. I really don't know what to say. Nothing I say can make it better, only time and patience can do that. It's completely understandable your need to get away for a while. I just hope you decided to come back to all of us when you're ready. You say you're surprised by how many people cared about Green, but you'd be surprised by how many people care for you on this website. I haven't lost someone who was as close to me as Green was to you, but I did loose my oldest brother a few years ago. The one song that really made sence to me (and I can't bear to listen to it now...memories you know?) is "The Dance" by Garth Brooks. Hi Luc! Marina reminds me of a mama lion. :2hands: You just don't screw with a mama lion or get between a mama and her baby. Reading your blog entry I just had to chuckle. Growing up I had all type of kittens and cats and now I'm finding that I really miss the combination of love and snootiness all rolled into one. I'm glad that Marina took control of the situation and from the sounds of it, Cubby will have a definate fighting chance if she has anything to say about it.
