I really liked that idea of a logical family. Sure, blood ties can be fantastic, but you can also build your own family and choose from the heart.
Good thing for Silas that he is opening up a bit. Letting someone in. Trust is difficult, but the rewards can be great.
It's nice that Rob wanrs to be so supportive, but he does drive his brother up the wall... Persistent? Who, me? He should let Nelson and Eric take it at their pace. Now, it sounded almost like he wanted to parade them around school to provoke a reaction (which he then could handle like a good big brother...). Sure, being able to be open about their feelings is great, but it should be Eric's and Nelson's choice.
I'm looking forward to that fashion show... Just wonder how long the clothes actually stay on...?
A hot but dangerous game they're playing! And Casey is really breaking Martin's hold over him. I have a feeling things will come to a head at the full moon. The question is how?
So Andy wasn't a bad guy? What a relief! What kind of plan will they devise to convince them Andy fulfilled his task? Only 23 hours before Bentley will get suspicious. Just a small matter of getting the other peacekeepers on board... Piece of cake!
And what is really producing spark? I pictured a giant alien spider in a cave, a bit tired and wary. On her last leg (of eight..).
It must be terrible to live in a house with parents thst inspire that kind of dream. I somehow doubt his parents will care enough to stand up to Patrick's dad (who is a client of Victor?), especially if the reason for beating up Jordan is his sexual orientation.
Good thing he now has two friends who seem to genuinely care for him. I hope he can confide in them and that they stay his friends.
Ok, turning your son's body into a werewolf might not be the best way to mend their relationship... Somehow, I doubt Malachy cares. He's just happy to have a body.
I was so focused on the title of the story to be about Nick and Sasha, but now with Rebecca showing up I'm thinking it refers to Malachy and Shay. After all, they seem to have a history together and Shay put himself in a lot of pain for Nick. Will Malachy suddenly develop a heart or a conscience and try to rescue Shay?
It's strange how he calls his parents by name. Almost like he's distancing himself. They also act like they are divorced. But then they wouldn't have moved together from New York... Curious...
I'd say Sean's definitely interested. It's cute how he tries to get a feel for Jordan's interest. I hope they aren't too scared to never get anywhere. Considering Jordan's slightly one track mind, that's not very likely! LOL
Oh, that Lain made me think of jerks in my high school... Kids can be downright cruel and mean. It's nice Jordan apologised to Monica. Maybe, she'll slow down once they get to know each other a bit more.
That "counselor" made me mad. I hope he's just a figment of your excellent imagination, but I fear he might be real. Made me want to ask him to quit his straight inclinations for a while. See how easy that is. Idiot!
LOL! He's such a teenager! I think just about everyone goes through this phase. It's a wonder teachers are capable of teaching young kids anything at all.
Now Jordan had a name. Things are indeed looking up!
I agree with the resy, a very good start. It brought back so nany memories of being your age again. Not all of them pleasant. I didn't have a big secret, though. I was more Monica, the nerd... It's interesting how Jordan, in spite of being subjected to cruel behaviour, still can't help being somewhat cruel to Monica. It's only in his head, so it's not upsetting. On the contrary, those thoughts make him more human. No one is perfect.
I will read on!
I have put your story on my reading list. You make me happy with all your enthusiasm and the way you just seemingly without a doubt share your story and thoughts with us. I'm sure you question your work and talent like any creative person, but I find it refreshing that you even at your age just put it out there. I don't have that courage yet...
I'm not religious, so I can't really relate to your upbringing. I still have to say I can't understand the line "how God nade us". If you believe God made you, then wouldn't you be perfect? Loving is not an evil act like hurting someone. Those are conscious choices. Love is almost always inexplicable and impossible to control.
Oh, lord! Just checked the voting right now. Sweden seems to be doing very well! If Måns wins, he deserves it. A very good performer, even if you don't like his songs. And kind of cute too...
I kind of miss the old times when everyone sang in their native language and wore truly hideous clothes. Now, all songs and artists are more or less the same.
Oh, yes! That would be so wonderful! Matt and Avery with kids. They probably need to get a bit more settled and stable before they bring kids into the equation, but I think the lady is right. They'd be great parents!
Wow! I'm so excited for the band! My brother and his friends struggled with their music for such along time, but never got a break. I can totally get the happiness of the gang! To see Silas' face when he first hears it! Priceless!
One detail. They opened with Navigator, but Tim said something about the last song. Or was he referring to the night before?
I'm born in 1974, so I might be Gen X. I however distinctly remember when we started using computers and the Internet. Maybe we are a bit behind in Sweden. It's funny to think what an enormous change that took place in only a few years. I took a children's course in Dos at the age of 7-8, but still used a type writer in high school. So it was kind of a drawn out process.
Oh no! How will Shawn get out of the bathroom and the house? At the same time, he might learn a few things if he manages to eavesdrop. Though I doubt he'd understand what they'd talk about. You don't really expect your secret boyfriend to be part dolphin...
Oh my! It would take some strong willpower to resist that attraction. Still, a wise decision. 15 is awfully young. Nice to get more background about the guys.
Silas is such a great guy! To help his friend, he's ready to face his demons. He's getting very sttached, even if he tries to ignore it. Maybe he's finally subconsciously so tired of running, being alone and lonely that he just can't do it anymore.
Poor Chelsea! Her father breaking her arm!
That ending had me tearing up. Together, the brothers might find strength to deal with their past.
Oh, poor Sasha and Cyan! They must be feeling really terrible! Even if I'd have to say if anyone had just cause for "cheating", it's believing your boyfriend suddenly dumped you and went straight... You wouldn't expect him to in fact be dead and his body possessed by his demon father. Just wonder how Nick will see things.
