Well, Jeffrey won't win son if the year awards, I'm sure... Still, could he trick Jett? Wouldn't the lack of human scent tip him or the other wolves off? So I'm thinking Alistair is perhaps a special breed, but at least part human.

Haliburt and Alistair... What a duo this weekend! I always suspected Haliburt was something other than a mere human. He strikes me as very, very old for some reason. Like beginning of time old. Why would he delay Al meeting Colt? My guess is the same as Pk's, the pack wasn't formed.It wasn't time yet. I was working out tonight and had the oddest idea (perhaps all that testosterone in the air. Makes a girl dizzy...). What if Alistair and Colt are the two major pawns in a truly twisted game of chess played by Betsy and Haliburt? They both had the chance to create the perfect meta and then they would see who was more successful. I just can't figure out what great feat is left for Alistair? Defeating Mary Ann shouldn't be enough to win the game. Killing the Lord? If Alistair pulls off that one, Haliburt could claim to be the winner. And then the cycle starts all over again... Alistair struck me as someone who knows what is going on. And I agree that kiss was beyond weird. Almost as if he actually found Jett icky smelling. And who doesn't like wolves...? Could he also be part vamp, but embracing his vamp side more than Colt ever did (so far...)?

Can't any adult in this story have a normal conversation with a child/teenager? My god, they are all acting like kids themselves! And coach... Gah! I know my suspicions...

So terrible to do a thing like that as a parent! I just can't imagine how it's even possible to kick your own child out on the streets. It's simply not possible to understand. Good for him he had a real family out there, stepping in when the DNA donors quit on him. And to think this happens today, to other kids... Grrr! -

Just write whatever you feel. I'd rather you be happy with the result than publish something so-so (if that's even possible, LOL). If the summer antho means more Zaidu and Adam, I can live with that...

Bobby's parents aren't exactly candidates for Parents of the year... I had hope his mother would be there for him but no. Of course, it might be for the best for him to get out of the house right now, but to not even try and talk to him beforehand is just unbelievable. As a mom, I can't imagine choosing some religious or other ideas above my kids. I hope Colton has some more patience with Bobby. They need to talk.

Oh, I liked Zaidu. A monster turned good and trying to live a somewhat decent life is very interesting. It will be a long wait for the next chapter, but I think it will be well worth it.
