Galen really shouldn't be dating right now or at least not be physical. He's setting Ethan up to be hurt, whether he means to or not. It will be hard for Galen to put his feelings for Josh behind him when they keep hanging out and Josh (sneaky bastard) tries to keep him interested.

Aaahhh... Young, budding love! So sweet. Casey really needs someone who cares about him without a hidden agenda. Someone with means to handle a total shit storm, when Casey's true identity is revealed. Because it has to be revealed. Otherwise, Martin will always have power over Casey.

The Dark court sounds very ominous. But then again, the Queen seems like a very unpleasant character. Maybe they're better off taking their chances with the King. Nice to see Riley speak up a bit. He'll better watch out or he'll get eaten alive by the others. I suspect though that when his starvation issue is resolved, he won't be quite so needy. He might still like pain, but not so desperately as before just to feel something, anything.

Glamour cracking at last! Will he learn to get it back, so the hospital staff won't get suspicious? Guy and Takashi will be so pissed when they see him. Control issues...? Just a tad... It was actually the best that he didn't have to be saved. Maybe now, Mick will finally realise the power he has and use it to truly move on with his life. Dealing with Lester will be one step in the right direction.

Good for you, Ishca! Experiencing a life not totally entangled in other people, be it their money or their feelings, will let you find out who you are. For real. Might be scary, but hopefully rewarding in the long run.

A clusterfuck of a mess indeed. I'm almost thinking Lester too is not entirely human. He's so obsessed with Mick it's not natural. The other non - humans all have such strong reactions to him. Or he's just a complete nut. It will be satisfying to read the chapter where the Dynamic Duo take care of business.

As hot and effective against lingering emotions as this was, I think I'm with Guy on this. Mick is in no mental shape to be participating in any BDSM. To be a happy sub, I think you need to have very clear boundaries. Mick has virtually no boundaries when it comes to getting rid of people's emotions. Add to that Takashi's problem staying in control and you have a recipe for disaster. Not even Guy can keep his cool. Work on his issues first, then go all kinky. But at least he's not bleeding...

Whatever Takashi is, I bet he's ancient. So old that he's seen and done everything. Hopefully, Mick doesn't end up as a momentary distraction from the tedium that having a life span of thousands of years will bring. His laid back attitude can stem from that. He strikes me as rather possessive, but maybe Mick will enjoy that. As long as Takashi doesn't ask questions.

Well, I think Mick needs to figure out what he really wants. If it's sex, then he has to work on hos method of getting it. Hanging around outside bars seems kind of dangerous. At the same time he says he wants no strings sex to protect himself and his partners, so getting to actually know them would defeat the purpose. However, I can't really believe him. He slips up and asks why no one can just love him. But Mick, you can't love a ghost, an image. For love to grow, there has to be trust. For trust, you have to get to know each other, scaring past and all. It's a leap of faith he has to make if he wants love.

I think it's great to give us readers (and the guys) a little breathing time. We get to see them get to know each other, without impending doom hanging over their heads. As to the slight size problem... I suspect that where there's a will, there's a way. Maybe it's not just a telepathic ability that has developed between them..? -
A face that launched a thousand ships...? I hope the only war this starts is an internal one, which can be distressing and difficult to deal with but no one dies at least.

Since I'm such a drama queen, I liked the boys' discussion about Eric feeling inferior. I can really relate to that feeling. It's hard to see your own strengths and appeal, but so easy to think your accomplished older brother must be everyone's first choice. Maybe this is something to explore further, if we get to follow the boys a bit longer, past the first lovey-dovey phase. Perhaps, Nelson has a friend who is older and more confident than Eric? A little jealousy followed by some making up...? As regards the sex, is anyone ever confident the first time? No matter how much you read or see online you just don't know what you like or don't like until you try it. Good thing they are almost of equal experience level. That way, they get to explore together.

That threesome is looking more and more like a reality. Just how do you handle a threeway mating when two of the parties are fighting it and the third is clueless..? I get the feeling Takashi is a dragon. All that warm breath and pointy teeth. I also hope Riley found someone to cuddle. Dying of skin starvation must be horrible. Babies can suffer something similar and fail to thrive if deprived of human contact.

Such a bleak picture of young men you paint... Probably true, but I would hope there was some depth there. Maybe his flippant attitude will come back and bite him somewhere appropriate. He might grow up in front of our eyes.
