Truthfully I've never been a fan of Star Trek in any generation. I watched all the original series with my sperm donor back in the day. But always felt it was too boring. I guess I didn't like my Sci-Fi episodes unrelated. Which is why I preferred Babylon 5. I have tried watching the Next Generation three or four times, I never made it past the first season. Discovery was okay for the first season. I really enjoyed Season one of Picard, then lost interest. So by the time Brave New Worlds came about, already knowing how Pike ends up, I figured why even try. But I will take your word for it and avoid it like I avoided Deep Space Nine as its clearly a rip off of Babylon 5.

Interlude: Speaking To Father's

I love writing Dylan, I've outlined a spin off story that deals solely with him but who knows when I'll find the time to write it. Its set as Tyler Dilemma ends. Since Tyler and the gang will be off to college, they don't feature in the story. But I think for now, I'm going to focus on Tyler's story as we go back in time to the early 90's to get the beginning. -

It's Halloween and I'm bored at work. I finished another story that I almost posted but decided instead to post this one. Who knows what I'll do tomorrow. -
Devin Jenkins hung up the phone after saying goodnight to his girlfriend, Mindy, when he heard a noise in the hallway. It was after eleven so he knew it wasn’t his parents. The only other person it could be had been missing since dinner. He frowned. Since they got back from Nana’s house, he hadn’t spoken a word to Dylan. He hated fighting with his brother. He switched the lamp on and walked over to the bedroom door. He poked his head out and saw a very unsteady looking Dylan st

Chapter 8: The day after!

So I finally caught up with this story last night, you still haven't made me like Zayn yet. But I do have a very serious concern (holds back a laugh) The pic you decided to use for this story really bothers me. River doesn't have long hair like in your story. I tried getting a petition going but everyone thinks I'm crazy. So I went by your house but your servants wouldn't announce me. I even brought coffee but they said you weren't receiving at that time. As for the narrative part of your story, I have some dislikes but way more likes. My dislikes are not related to writing ability either, you have interesting characters, and I love your writing voice. I enjoyed catching up on the four chapters I had missed due to a busy week. So I'm along for the ride, take me home jeeves. J -
I did change the name, I must have missed one. I'll go over it with fine tooth comb, which is difficult as I am currently a bald man who has no need for combs. But thank you, I enjoyed this piece tremendously and one of these days I think I might go back and update this piece as it is about thirty chapters or so that is just sitting in my files of stories long past.

My god people were ugly back in the day. . I was so hoping you'd find maybe Tom Daley or one of his teammates, the new speedos are might tiny.
-
Yeah, I was talking about sports, not people who wear spandex and funny shoes. These aren't athelites, they are something to aim for as you drive around. Lets get back to speedos please,

Interlude: Speaking Of Father's

Next Monday we find out a bit more about Dylan and what he gets up to at night. Three more chapters in this Interlude. Then we move onto Part Two, which I am really excited to share. Definitely a story I've never told before. -
My thoughts exactly. Baseball is a silly game with ugly uniforms. Not like soccer, or basketball, where you can see the bulges. Or swimming, that's a good uniform. Where was I? Sometimes the young never see the big picture.

I normally don't regret much in my writing, but this particular fetish is one I wish Brandon hadn't insisted on. Since I didn't know anything about it when I first started writing it, I had to do research. Explain that to your husband when he walks into the den and you're watching pissing porn on the big screen. He just looked at me and said, I really don't want to know and walked away. PS: You spelled buzzer wrong! -

Brandon doesn't seem to be good at listening. As for best boyfriend ever, we shall see if he maintains that title in Part Two. *walks away whistling* -

At least from here on out, your on the same ride as everyone else! Such a pivotal chapter. -
Brandon Myers hitched his bag higher up on his shoulder as he peered into the sky. It was the time of year that he dreaded. The sun was bright but gave off little warmth. And for the next eight months he would be miserable. His phone vibrated and he looked at the screen. Tyler had sent another selfie. This time the boy was holding a hose and the water sprayed up making a rainbow. Tyler captioned the photo, ‘does this mean I’m gay for you?’. Brandon chuckled and loved the photo. ‘where

If I'm to be honest, I the only thing I look for is whether or not the rating is mature. I never look at anything else. I'd rather discover the story without any knowledge of what's in store. And I'm the weirdo that actually only reads stories with Mature ratings. It's a sickness. J

I'm sure someone will correct if I'm wrong, and I'm usually wrong about most things. I think, to access Mature content, you have to be a member. Then as Ron said, look at the story ratings, the tags that will tell you content warnings, such as sex, so on and so on. Some stories have no sex at all but are labeled Mature due to language or suggestive language. I hate the content warnings as you can't surprise the reader, that being said, it also helps readers avoid topics or situations they might not enjoy. So with each story, pay attention to those little tags, very helpful if you want to avoid certain things. And welcome.

Interlude: Nana's House
Jason Rimbaud commented on Jason Rimbaud's story chapter in Interlude: Nana's House
So I lied, Tyler's Dilemma Interlude will have a total of five chapters, not two chapters. Then we'll have a time jump that gets us into Part Two near Christmas Break. Because writing about school is boring! J -
Brent's an asshat for sure. But if I can change...well, I try to change sometimes.

I think this is rather unique and satisfying. It's a great take on the mythology, and you had the balls to murder Myr and drink his blood. You better be careful, because though you might think Myr was human, but he knows spells and magik. Your half blood vamp would be no match for our fearless leader if he gets his dander up. . I thought it was highly entertaining with a few familiar names weaved around. Held my attention from start to finish.

I would have thought so for the last two years, but then I read the last six chapters, I found them slightly more thrilling. The story goes out with a bang at least. -
Interlude: Nana's House

I think you missed the part where I said I was so frustrated I had to write my own. . So I actually write a review for every story I read. I don't always share them as they are honest and I don't think they are appropriate for a site like GA. That being said, my review for Circumnavigation was nearly fifteen pages where I outlined in great detail things I liked and things that didn't work. If you want to see where my head was at, read the comment I left at Chapter 149 and I think it will be clear. So I wrote the story I really wanted to read, so I hope it doesn't turn out like someone elses. I have a sneak peak in Wry rambling of a hot wing. -
