  1. Hi Nick! Don't worry! This old retired man (as Clo commented) has been working long hours also. I am having a blast working with Man getting his novel ready to be published on the 17th of this month. I haven't found time to read and comment as I usually do, my friend. I'll probably go through today's D/S Drama and then go to bed.

    Chapter 231

Colin takes great delight in surprising Armand with wishes fulfilled. I expected the worst for Colin and instead, Armand got the best surprise. Excellent chapter.

    Chapter 230

Pierre's story was a beautiful memory of his mother. Unfortunately, time moves so quickly now and Armand's and Colin's home is shared by their many children. It's a bit sad.
  4. Matty and Rusty's trip to see Rusty's mother was so well written. It was very emotionally moving. I did enjoy Matty's take on their conversation with Roy and agree that Roy needs to remain in the past. Rusty does leave open the idea of visiting others, like Gabe. That too made me feel good. Had fun as I read about how Jonathan is using Zoey as a guinea pig for food he will wield as his weapon against Connor. I also agreed with Matty's conclusion about Connor's ability to love. Connor does only have room enough in his heart for his own narcissistic self. I hope Laura is not a tease. I so hope she starts the next chapter describing what Rusty and Matty do after Matty puts on the upgraded Slicky suit!

    Chapter 14

Listen to the Krew, @kbois! Take care of yourself first. I hope you get well quickly, but don't rush anything. The readers and the wolves will still be here patiently waiting.
  6. Tom dancing in his tighty whities, set my young heart fluttering and my libido on fire. I was ready to ravish him before the song ended. Of course, that's ancient history now.
  7. MrsGnomie used the word in the title of her latest novel. A lot of readers included it in their comments, also.
  8. We're both doing well Page. Man's keeping me busy and Aod's entertaining the family playing games on the PS3. How are you guys?

    Chapter 28

I had a hard time keeping my temper reigned in while reading this chapter. The conversations with oblivious adults who want everything to be all sweetness and light with Seth living again with either parent were so unrealistic. Although the conversations and fun the boys all had together went well, I was also disappointed when Craig tried to imply that Seth was the cause of some of the problems. The barrier Seth built was one to protect himself from the extreme and illegal mental abuse he suffered. Seth's loneliness only causes the barrier to expand to other aspects of his life. Craig is being a hypocrite since he also had his own barrier that alienated people. Also, sweet-loving Aunt Marie wasn't listening when Seth asked if he'd almost killed Stacy as a baby. Aunt Marie's response was totally inadequate, didn't answer Seth's question and deflected the conversation back to Stacy and the b_tch. I'm extremely disappointed in Aunt Marie. I don't have enough swear words to adequately describe how much Seth's mother disgusts me. IMO, Seth would be better off in a foster home for the next two years as his mother rots in hell.

    Chapter 27

Although I can understand the uncertainty and Seth's rationalizations in his thoughts about his mother, I still feel that going home to her is the absolute worst thing he could do. Providing material objects instead of a safe loving home is no reason to consider his mom worthy of Seth's love. She would need several years of therapy she thinks she doesn't need, to even admit she was wrong. Several more years to break her habit of putting down Seth and considering him Stacy's servant. She needs even more help than Stacy. Jim just made a huge mistake or just doesn't have enough love to give his son. That is one of the reasons Seth is still feeling the chaos in his life. I personally don't care what the problems and history are for Seth's folks. That's their problem. Even if Seth learns of those things, I don't see how it can help Seth. Seth needs a new beginning free from Stacy and his mom. It's beginning to seem that his dad won't be able to help Seth begin a new life. There must be a realistic way to save Seth from his scumbag family.
  11. I'm going to copy and save this for future use to save time! Hi Nick! I had to laugh at Albert giving you all hell for not reading Bearpaw. However, he is definitely right about how great it is, so I also suggest you read it.
  12. That was one of the first two definitions I saw in the dictionary I used when looking up the word.

    Chapter 14

Thank you for the opportunity to mention another story. I've been working with @Mancunian to get his new story ready to start posting in a week! I apologise for neglecting my job in the Korner Krew, but I've been having fun playing @Mrsgnomie to Man's @kbois. It will ease up after the post next week. By then almost all of the chapters will have gone through a final run-through. I'll be back full-time to the Korner Krew then.
  14. The dichotomy between the first two meanings and the last is fascinating. When and how did this come about?
  15. Thanks, Myr! There are many stories I haven't read on this list, so now I can add them to my to read list. I have read both @AC Benus's Carême in Brighton and Escaping Kherson. I highly recommend these to other readers.
  16. Don't play all innocent, Gary! That halo doesn't fool any of us. Just keep Jubal and Reid on the road to friendship. If Reid wants a long-term companion, I suggest young Billy. That boy seems to follow Reid around everywhere.
  17. Hi All! I'm checking in to let you all know I'm still alive. I've had a busy day, but had to read all the fun remarks here. I'll be sleeping with a smile on my face, and probably chuckling all night long. Take care!
  18. This is an excellent review @W_L. I loved this story and highly recommend it to all readers. @Geron Kees writes amazing stories in many different genres, but this one is the best if you enjoy fantasy or science fiction. Geron never disappoints his readers.
  19. Jubal shows his great love for Lucas, and I think Reid knows and understands how deeply both Lucas and Jubal feel for each other. As @drpaladin said, Reid may wonder about the marks on Jubal's neck, but knowing Jubal, Reid doesn't worry. He has proof of Jubal's honesty and good intentions. Dinah is a very special horse. You have written about her in the most loving words. I don't believe in religion, but I know from experience that sincere prayers are answered. I believe that Jubal's prayers will be answered. This story keeps getting better and continues to touch my heart, Gary. Thanks

    Chapter 14

In spite of the reason Caleb and Asa left Montana, there were many good things happening in Texas. Mainly Caleb, Asa and Corbin joining the pack. I am curious what Caleb whispered to Giles. I am also waiting for Ben and Zev's report on the security measures needed. The pissant insurance adjustor was more than irritating. Honestly Kbois, couldn't she have broken a heel on those ridiculous shoes? Get smudges on her clothes? I don't like her and don't think the pack should have to battle with the insurance company. They have a much bigger battle ahead.
  22. Thanks, Man! I love the story and am having a great time working with you. I would have left a ❤️ reaction to this post, but the reaction button doesn't work for me today.

    Chapter 20

Another great chapter. It was good to see the reaction Dakota had after Connor's surprising shift. Robin is very insightful and mature, so I wasn't surprised at his reaction or how he gently supports Dakota. Dakota and Wamblee have a lot to talk about soon. Wamblee seems to be a lot like Shamus and only gives out information in small bits when necessary. I do hope Shamus and the family give Connor time to talk with Dakota.
  24. Hi, @Mancunian It is good to hear that your business is doing well! Hope your weekend is also good.
  25. Hey @spike382! What the hell were you thinking when you left the hobbit in care of your herd? Hope you had fun at the Renfair.
