Although I can understand the uncertainty and Seth's rationalizations in his thoughts about his mother, I still feel that going home to her is the absolute worst thing he could do. Providing material objects instead of a safe loving home is no reason to consider his mom worthy of Seth's love. She would need several years of therapy she thinks she doesn't need, to even admit she was wrong. Several more years to break her habit of putting down Seth and considering him Stacy's servant. She needs even more help than Stacy. Jim just made a huge mistake or just doesn't have enough love to give his son. That is one of the reasons Seth is still feeling the chaos in his life. I personally don't care what the problems and history are for Seth's folks. That's their problem. Even if Seth learns of those things, I don't see how it can help Seth. Seth needs a new beginning free from Stacy and his mom. It's beginning to seem that his dad won't be able to help Seth begin a new life. There must be a realistic way to save Seth from his scumbag family.

I'm going to copy and save this for future use to save time! Hi Nick! I had to laugh at Albert giving you all hell for not reading Bearpaw. However, he is definitely right about how great it is, so I also suggest you read it.

That was one of the first two definitions I saw in the dictionary I used when looking up the word.

Thank you for the opportunity to mention another story. I've been working with @Mancunian to get his new story ready to start posting in a week! I apologise for neglecting my job in the Korner Krew, but I've been having fun playing @Mrsgnomie to Man's @kbois. It will ease up after the post next week. By then almost all of the chapters will have gone through a final run-through. I'll be back full-time to the Korner Krew then.

The dichotomy between the first two meanings and the last is fascinating. When and how did this come about?

Thanks, Myr! There are many stories I haven't read on this list, so now I can add them to my to read list. I have read both @AC Benus's Carême in Brighton and Escaping Kherson. I highly recommend these to other readers.

Don't play all innocent, Gary! That halo doesn't fool any of us. Just keep Jubal and Reid on the road to friendship. If Reid wants a long-term companion, I suggest young Billy. That boy seems to follow Reid around everywhere.

Hi All! I'm checking in to let you all know I'm still alive. I've had a busy day, but had to read all the fun remarks here. I'll be sleeping with a smile on my face, and probably chuckling all night long. Take care!

Featured Story: The Case of the Short, Short Prince
raven1 commented on wildone's blog entry in Gay Authors News
This is an excellent review @W_L. I loved this story and highly recommend it to all readers. @Geron Kees writes amazing stories in many different genres, but this one is the best if you enjoy fantasy or science fiction. Geron never disappoints his readers. -
Jubal shows his great love for Lucas, and I think Reid knows and understands how deeply both Lucas and Jubal feel for each other. As @drpaladin said, Reid may wonder about the marks on Jubal's neck, but knowing Jubal, Reid doesn't worry. He has proof of Jubal's honesty and good intentions. Dinah is a very special horse. You have written about her in the most loving words. I don't believe in religion, but I know from experience that sincere prayers are answered. I believe that Jubal's prayers will be answered. This story keeps getting better and continues to touch my heart, Gary. Thanks

In spite of the reason Caleb and Asa left Montana, there were many good things happening in Texas. Mainly Caleb, Asa and Corbin joining the pack. I am curious what Caleb whispered to Giles. I am also waiting for Ben and Zev's report on the security measures needed. The pissant insurance adjustor was more than irritating. Honestly Kbois, couldn't she have broken a heel on those ridiculous shoes? Get smudges on her clothes? I don't like her and don't think the pack should have to battle with the insurance company. They have a much bigger battle ahead.

Thanks, Man! I love the story and am having a great time working with you. I would have left a ❤️ reaction to this post, but the reaction button doesn't work for me today.

Another great chapter. It was good to see the reaction Dakota had after Connor's surprising shift. Robin is very insightful and mature, so I wasn't surprised at his reaction or how he gently supports Dakota. Dakota and Wamblee have a lot to talk about soon. Wamblee seems to be a lot like Shamus and only gives out information in small bits when necessary. I do hope Shamus and the family give Connor time to talk with Dakota.

Hi, @Mancunian It is good to hear that your business is doing well! Hope your weekend is also good.

Hey @spike382! What the hell were you thinking when you left the hobbit in care of your herd? Hope you had fun at the Renfair.

Hey, @bignick. Don't get too upset with Clo. She's part vampire, part wolf shifter and a fairy to boot. She needs a lot of meat and has an aversion to leafy stuff. I think she was hinting at something green for dessert. (hint, hint, wink, wink, know what I mean?)

Hi, @clochette! How are you and Looping? One suggestion so you can stay on Nicky's good side. Try adding asparagus (the green kind) with tons of your favourite cheese sauce.

Hi @Headstall! Looking forward to tomorrow's chapter 15, Gary. I am glad that you are in the stage of healing that only requires rest and good food to build strength and energy. Take care.

Hi Albert! Dinner sounds great! I love Mahi-Mahi. Just so you know, I get my three-month checkup next week for my heart and liver. It's always for both since my cardiac doctor wants to make sure my blood pressure medicines are not damaging the liver and are still keeping my blood pressure low.

Me also! Hi Bucket, Hope you are also enjoying the sunshine.

Hi Cassie! How's the writing coming along?

Now that's the Drewth! Thanks for providing the counterpoint to prove my statement, Drew!

Hi Flirt! Glad you enjoyed the picture. Hope your weekend is off to a great start.
