    That reminds me of a big task I must do. I need to read all the Castaway Hotel books. I can't tackle the books I haven't read until I reread those I read very long ago. At least I know I will have some great reading ahead of me. Thanks for the reminder Bill.

    Thanks for this blog entry Myr. I tried it and made a few discoveries myself. "In love" gave me the boot, so I changed to "boyfriends" and got some excellent examples, except for one picture of a heterosexual couple. The pictures were very realistic both in the people and the backgrounds. I had a good time playing with this and may use it for some of my poetry chapters. Thanks!

    I agree with @Kitt. All inspiration is from external sources throughout our lives. They come from relationships, experiences, observation and reading. It is not the inspiration that counts, but what you create from that inspiration. Prompts can be varied from the ones you described, a theme like the anthologies or a picture as IOMFATS uses on his site. The creations from these prompts show a prodigious variety and diversity that is from the core of the writer, not the prompt.

    Greg has an interesting meeting with Billy. First the confrontation, then the mutual arousal of Greg, Scott and Billy. All of that lead to Greg's question about titles, followed by a lesson in eye colors and vampire nobility. I wonder what Greg feels like now he knows that he is one of the highest-ranking vampires, and how Billy will grow as Greg's Lord Steward. I wonder if being in the presence of his Baron prompted Billy's transition. I like how you keep giving us small information packets wrapped neatly in the dialogue, Justin.
