    They so underestimated Kalian's abilities. When he embraces the full extent of his powers and combines them with Talon's, there is almost no limit to what they can do. Suman and Loren can still be enigmas even after all this time. I have little doubt Suman is right about Loren throwing the fight. The question is why.

    The right audience is essential with any artistic work. A large part of the issue you experienced is the difference in the age of consent between the UK and Italy. I'm sure they were unaware 14 is legal in Italy.

    The addition of all these new people is eclectic and refreshing. Tchama in particular is gaining a different insight into her change. I'm wondering if Olona has a way to replace her missing limb. The gang isn't all there. Where are Dozi and Ilya?

    I didn't recall Parallax telling Beckett he wasn't human. From what Valrinda says, humans can't come to this realm. It does seem coming here has awakened something in Beckett. Witches are bad? Glinda will be rapping knuckles with her sturdy wand.

    So many years of isolation have Tish reacting more like a young teen than a mature woman. It isn't difficult to see how the talents of Olona can be used.

    Dani is more skittish than the lizards and feral cats of Ravello. Giaco must really want them to be a couple and we haven't even gotten to the ultimate trap of Giaco's stayover. Weapons, whether for sale or use, would be valuable. Regulation is a double edged sword and it tends to make things more expensive than they actually are. The only Cosmo which comes to mind is Cosmo Topper, played by Roland Young in the two Topper films of the 1930's. Since Luca is adopted, Cosmo is unlikely to be a blood related brother. It doesn't sound as though he cares much for him, but he is probably worried how this will affect his parents.

    Yes, Brent might be inconsiderate, but Devin ruining a friendship just to get what he wanted wasn't nice. Devin and Mac could have very easily studied all they wanted to elsewhere. Honestly, I don't see why would make use of the house so little.

    There hasn't been any clear sign an ordinary Messiah can sense a Shift. We can only be certain about the denizens of Gunge, and it is likely due to their addiction.

    Enzo didn't seem too happy about being involved in this criminal activity. It makes me wonder if his father left him saddled with debts and the Neri's are using it as leverage. The guards reference to hardcore could be drugs, sex slaves, or porn. We now have more going on than this intricate dance between Dani and Giaco. How will they go about solving this new mystery?

    I knew the mountains and Gunge played a large part in the isolation. From what we've seen, it's not a bad thing. I figured Olona would be successful, but will it raise the ire of Mystics if they lose too much trade?

    Most homes with sash windows are simple grid windows rather than millions. Mullions were a practical element at the time because they added structural support and larger pieces of glass were expensive.

    Dani and Giaco reach an uneasy truce which is awkward for everyone. As much as the word friends is thrown around, there is more there and now Dani is facing the prospect of sharing his double bed in a couple of weeks. There's more anxiety and confusion on the way and with the unexpected kiss on the cheek it doesn't appear Giaco has totally abandoned his intentions.

    Like many children who have been abused, the novelty of being cared for with clear concern for their well being is quickly having a positive effect on Sumi and Harakin. Among these people they can begin to heal. One can only hope Sumi's disappearance gives the Voice many unpleasant nightmares.

    It's a short hop from 'Are we safe' to 'is it safe.' It's one of my favorite scenes from Marathon Man. Olivier's performance had to have dealt a hard blow to the finances of unlucky dentists with German accents.

    So far all we've seen that can kill them is a diamond blade, volcanic magma, and the shift energy which made them. They don't even get overly stressed fighting each other. The things you mention might be mildly annoying.
