Jake is faced with a number of moral dilemmas regarding Spencer and his new, extended family. The soldiers have an undercurrent of pure panic indicated by the overkill they used on this small incursion which should have been handled economically by single shots. It's not a good sign.

OMG. Seth has a severe case of Alderitis. I'm rooting for him to sit on the couch next to his crush. Alder is just as much under the spell as Seth, but Seth is too dazed to see it.

Bovine is a more erudite way to say someone is a cow. -
Parallax is more than a simple cat. I think the humans belong to him rather than the other way around. In other words, it is exactly as ordinary cats imagine their place in the scheme of things.

So he hasn't even gotten to the guide part yet. I guess he does get a bird's nest bed next. Needing a home here means this quest will take a long time. I hope the next dragon has a better personality.

Ah, but it is on a subject historians are contentious about. His assertion comes from a mural showing two boys rolling balls at an object. It was some kind of game.
