    Yes. As I said, it's not applicable to all species of them. And the immunity isn't for all snake venoms.

    All possum species aren' immune. Honey badgers, hedgehogs, and squirrels have immunity.

    Interestingly, it will dissolve in hydrofluoric acid. This is what Walter White used in Breaking Bad to dispose of bodies. Don't try it at home. A.) It won't reliably dissolve all organic material. B.) It's a toxic, contact poison. The fumes would be absorbed by the skin using the inadequate protection shown on the series.

    Read about people carrying guns? Most of the people I know do. It's best to assume someone is more dangerous than they appear. You don't need a knife or gun to kill or seriously hurt someone.

    Devin has a little too much of a hero complex. I'll attribute his rashness to his youth and immaturity. The incident in the parking lot turned out well only because the single minded moron wasn't armed. He was certainly stupid enough to have used a weapon if he had one regardless of the consequences. I think Devin's elders need to school him to be more cautious. He should have knocked the guy out instead of toying with him. The whole business of the house key came off poorly to me. While Mac's reasoning was sound, he gives more of an impression of a whiner.

    Silence is unnerving. We have become acclimated to the ambient, background noises of modern life. I have a TV playing in the background here mostly 24/7.

    We probably see razor used as much or more to describe close experiences like the thinness of the edge or blade. Razor's edge or razor thin are well used. Until the advent of the laser scalpel, nothing could cut finer.

    The gestation period would have to be longer than just bite someone and they change. While Spencer and his behavior concerns me, I don't see an immediate link to this outbreak. It is weird they didn't try to backtrack where they came from.
