03 - Curiosity Nearly Killed the Fairy (and everyone else)
Butcher56 commented on James Hiwatari's story chapter in 03 - Curiosity Nearly Killed the Fairy (and everyone else)
Another fantastic chapter. I’m sorry that your commute was longer than it should’ve been. I hope that Nessa is telling her children the story of how she was taken by the demon Zhofie to keep them from making the same mistakes that she had. I’m curious as to how they got away from the demons. -
Another great chapter. I like the way that the islands are described as one being arrow in shape and another is a horseshoe shape. With there being 5 islands in all the URPS is doing the right thing by setting up a settlement on each of the islands with the help of the Royal Canadian Navy. By having the navy’s presence there the United States is given the message that they have no claims to any of the islands. Lucas knew what he needed in order to get settlements established on one island if not all of them, when he sent the main shuttle back to the New Zealand base to get personnel and supplies to get the settlement up and going. I wish Lucas luck with getting everything set up and operational before long, then he could possibly get the runway done as well.

Country Air Is Good for the Soul
Butcher56 commented on Tallguyct's story chapter in Country Air Is Good for the Soul
Great chapter. I’m glad that the boys were seen jerking off and that after they returned to the farm house Alex told Juan that they were going to go for a walk. While they walked Alex told Juan that he wasn’t spying on him as he and Tyler were out for a walk and just happened upon them. Alex told Juan that what they were doing was a right of passage for every teenage boy and that it had been going on since the beginning of time. There was nothing to be ashamed of but he may be able to produce a child with a girl but he was not to have sex with girls until he was older and able to provide financially for the child. When Peter and PT got home Peter asked PT to come into his office and that they needed to talk, once PT got into the room, Peter closed the door and proceeded to tell him what Alex had seen, Peter explained that what Juan and David were doing was fine as all teenage boys did it, Peter also gave him the speech about girls and sex and that he needed to hide his girly magazines better as his mom found a playboy while she was putting clothes away. All in all I think the boys are going to have more jack off sessions with each other. -
I agree with Chris that this was a great chapter and also that Lucas has been busy. I think that the design he has for the United Nations is pretty spectacular as it gives the UN more space but also the apartments and recreational space as well. I think the UN would be crazy not to accept the offer. With the United Republic of Planets of Sahndrol paying the entire costs of the building including the construction of the new UN plus all the land costs, water, power and waste for a period of 49 years at which time the United Nations is to start paying the costs. The general staff apartments are 2 bedroom units and the executive apartments are 1 bedroom units. Each group of 4 embassies will have a cinema, swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis courts, squash courts, numerous restaurants and other shops.

Chapter 107 The Laundry Game
Butcher56 commented on Dodger's story chapter in Chapter 107 The Laundry Game
Great chapter. I think Robbie is going to have some great people backing him up about his not seeing the counselor that Don has found for him to see. I think it’s saying a lot about the principal Mr Andrews that he called Robbie on his cell phone saying that he thinks it’s a bad idea for him to see the counselor and that the counselor wouldn’t be able to meet him at the school. I’m glad that Mr Andrews is looking out for Robbie and that he was being proactive about the appointment that Don had set up for Robbie. I don’t think Robbie has felt that he was getting a great deal of support from anyone at school especially with his anger issues. I don’t remember who Walter is but he remembers Robbie because he supposedly destroyed his flower bed and he’s the one who contacted Mr Andrews about the counselor. I’m glad that Sue gave Robbie a list of chores to be done during his suspension from school and he had until Friday to get them all done. I’m glad that Robbie has maintained his friendship with Tom even though he’s in England and Robbie is in Canada. I think Tom still wishes that they were still going to school together and that Robbie’s mom hadn’t died when she had. I know Robbie’s really sad because he thinks everyone’s forgotten his mom because they don’t talk about her anymore, which is tough because her birthday is Saturday and then in a few weeks after that would be the anniversary of her death. These things are going through Robbie’s mind and that doesn’t help the situation any, especially after Tom told him about the conversation he overheard while he was there when Robbie was finally adopted by Don and Sue. I hope that Mr Andrews is able to talk Don out of having Robbie meet with the counselor and help Don find someone who would be able to help Robbie with everything that he’s dealing with and then help him with his anger issues as well. I hope that we’ll get to see another chapter soon to see what happens next for Robbie. 🤔 -
I agree that Mr Belle shouldn’t have been driving with a suspended license and drunk on top of that. I’m thinking he figured because he had lots of money he didn’t have to follow the law and not drive. He should pay for Mitch & Sasha’s lost wages, and tips in the case of Sasha. I’m with David in that Belle lost his wife because of his stupidity, he was the one who drank to excess and then decided to drive home. Mr Belle was speeding, driving drunk and driving on a suspended drivers license for a previous DWI. Both Mitch and Sasha have accumulated massive medical bills from the wreck and being hospitalized, not only that but they lost Sasha once or twice and due to medical science they were able to bring him back to life. Mitch might only be out of work for another week or two but Sasha will be out of work for another two months or so while his leg and arm heals along with his other injuries. I’m grateful that Sasha is still alive so he can be there for Alik, I hope that Alik is able to have his father around for many years to come. Really fantastic chapter.

Another great chapter. Lucas has been busy with all of the land purchases and the building of the 4 embassies near the United Nations in New York. Now he’s purchased land in Bermuda and he plans on building a landing pad on one of the islands. I’m glad that things are going well for him on earth, although I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop. I’m almost positive that there’s going to be some trouble for him in the near future, things are going a little to smooth. I hope he’s ready when that happens.

This was a great chapter, full of romance and the love between Mitch & Tony is really spectacular. They both know that they would never cheat on the other. I love how the man came up to the bar and asked Mitch if he wanted to let him buy him a drink to start with, and Mitch politely put the man down saying he was loyal only to Tony and that was all he needed. Tony came back to where Mitch was at the bar and he saw the man walking away from Mitch, Tony asked Mitch what he wanted and Mitch told him that he was looking for company and he had told him that Tony was the only man for him.

Another fantastic chapter. Lucas has been a busy man not only is he meeting with the United Nations Security Council to try to get them to stop their fighting over the technology and bases off world. After the initial meeting with the members of the UNSC he was taken to the New Zealand Embassy where he could rest while waiting for his shuttle to pick him up. When he saw the building that New Zealand was using he proposed an offer to buy a plot of land so he could design and have a better embassy built including some technology. The land Lucas was considering was directly across from the UN. He wasn’t able to get that land but he was able to purchase 9 acres of land just down and across the river from the UN, the land would include enough buildings to house not only the New Zealand Embassy but also embassies for Canada, Australian and United Kingdom, along with a 3 story parking garage and a 62 unit apartment building. Lucas’s plans were submitted to the New York building department and they were approved. I’m waiting for the next chapter to see if Lucas is able to get the embassy’s are being built and if he is able to get the United Nations to stop their bickering and start working together with all the nations 🙂😋

This was another great chapter. I’m like everyone else who commented that I’m glad I never had to give up my sons for any reason, although there were some tough times with my youngest son as we almost lost him a few times due to his only having the one kidney. My oldest son gave up on us as a family and decided that the gang life and the drugs were more important. I’m glad that Sasha and Tasha have talked about Alik staying in the United States with Sasha permanently. Although it’s going to be very hard for her to leave and go back to Russia without him she knows that he’ll have a better life here instead of in Russia. I’m sure there’s going to be tough times ahead with Alik as he settles in with life without his mother. Great story.

Drpaladin made some great points. The traitors are again the top news and from what Deke said the traitors that are still on board are part of the original crew. I agree that Lakshou’s name keeps coming up which leads me to believe that he played a bigger role in the attempt to kidnap Kohen. The sythgar must be pretty small in order to be able to curl up behind Kohen’s ear. The bond between Everett & Kohen must be a strong on if Lakshou was able to see it between them when they were in close proximity to each other. Great chapter and story.

I’m beginning to think that Kitryn has known that Simon was his mate almost from the moment they met in the cave. I wonder if Simon was drawn to the cave because of Kitryn being in it. It seems like Simon is way behind in his studies and he has a lot of catching up to do in a short amount of time. I hope that Simon doesn’t freak out about what Kitryn just told him about how he was his mate. I’m surprised that they can be mates even though ones a vampire and the other ones a shape shifter. Great chapter and story, can’t wait for the next chapter. 😁😁😁👍👍👍

02 - Strange Land, Strange People
Butcher56 commented on James Hiwatari's story chapter in 02 - Strange Land, Strange People
Another great chapter in the story of Nessa. I’m so glad that Nessa is teaching her children the different languages and telling them the story of how she wound up in the hands of a demon and how she was able to get away. I think that it’s important to teach your children about your past and what they can expect in the future as they grow up and go their own way. I think that the children today don’t have the respect for their elders or their parents, I’ve seen the way they are around others and it’s shows that there’s no respect for anyone at all. Every so often I see a young boy or girl that are showing the respect that they would hope to have returned sometime. When a parent or parents can teach their children to show basic respect for others they are the ones that will have their respect returned to them as they get older. I’m glad that Nessa has children that are interested in their parents past and they’re willing to learn the different language of others around them. I can’t wait to read more about the memories of Nessa. -
I think this was an excellent chapter as it showed the history of the Delveccio family and where they came from. I’m glad that Mitch is taking lots of pictures to send home to all of the relatives back there. I love the way that Mitch and Tony are able to see the places both of their ancestors came from while on their honeymoon. I think it’s great that Mitch can get the best of Tony by just saying that the Italians didn’t discover macaroni and they wouldn’t have had the opportunity to perfect it to the way they wanted it to be shaped if Marco Polo hadn’t brought it back from Asia.

I agree that this was a great chapter. I’m glad that Lucas was able to go to the UN to try to resolve the hostility that is going on about the moon base as well as the ISS Prometheus. His plan to change the UN Security Panel to include representatives from all United Nations countries so they would all have a say in the way that security issues are resolved. Another proposal from Lucas was that the UN Security Council have each term be 3 years instead of part of the members serving 2 years and the rest serving only 1 year. As far as the URPS having embassies on earth again Lucas said that would be up to the high council. Waiting for the next chapter.

I agree with chris191070 this was a great chapter. It appears to me that the decision made for the URPS citizens return to Ganymede before things got completely out of control. The return was not only for the personal and their families but they also took any equipment & ships they had at their bases. I’m glad that they were able to get away before the Prometheus came under fire from the North Asia Space Agency. This all started because the ISF and the NASA were fighting for the right to get more technology and the ability to colonize plants that were under the URPS control. I hope that Lucus is able to get all parties in the fighting for space control in the same room so that he can try to mediate a peace treaty with these two warring groups.

Great story, and great chapter. I’m so so glad that Boyden & Grady have regained their memories and the first thing they asked for was to go home to Perth Australia, where they were from and they had their father and twin brothers. The Sister in charge of the school the boys had been attending called the Australian Embassy in Singapore to try to get in touch with the boys father to let him know that they had just regained their memories after the tsunami and they had told her about how they had been in the car at the time of the wave hitting the beach. Sister Agnes was given Kyle’s cell phone number and then she called him and relayed the information to him about trying to locate their dad and Kyle asked to speak to the boys and they were told it would take a few days to get things organized to be able to come get them. After getting a little bit more information about where the boys had been living and going to school he told her that he would contact their dad. When Kyle called Lukin the twins answered the phone and he asked them to put the phone on speaker and call everyone around the phone. When everyone was there he relayed the message that the boys were alive and well and they wanted to come home. Everyone sobbed a little bit and then they were very very happy to be able to get them back home again. I think that for a short story this was a great one as there was happiness and sorrow in it, I loved every word of it quite a lot.

Great chapter. I’m glad that that Tony is finally getting a better reception from Mitch’s family especially his parents. When Tony took Mitch to meet his family and to see New York Mitch was accepted almost immediately after the introductions were made. At least by everyone except Tony’s dad who waited until they sat down to eat then he began asking questions of Mitch like what kind of work did he do, where did they meet and so on, Mitch answered all of his questions in almost fluent Italian. Tony’s dad then accepted him knowing that it was love that brought them together and not Tony’s money. Even after Tony moved in with Mitch and they started looking for a place to get in a better neighborhood, one place that Tony found was a condo complex that had between 1 and four bedroom units they could see, but they decided they needed at least a 3 bedroom unit and they settled on the 4 bedroom. When they were working out the details saying that Mitch’s name would be on the deed as well, Mitch almost called it all off because of the way that Tony was doing things, Mitch got a little bit of cold feet as he was having an issue with the money. Mitch told Tony that he loved him for who he is and not the money, Tony said that was what he loved about him was that he didn’t care about the money. I’m glad that they are going to have their commitment Ceremony in the mountains of Morgan’s Branch North Carolina, after Mitch’s dad agreed to allow them to have it there. It’s great to see that Tony’s been doing so well that he isn’t taking his anxiety or depression meds anymore.

Another fantastic chapter. I’m glad that Lukin was able to purchase a larger house for the family so they could all be together. I’m sorry that nothing more was done about finding the two older boys who were in the orphanage, although the embassy didn’t know that they were there and alive as they couldn’t remember anything before the tsunami. I’m glad that he was able to move on with his life and raising the boys. I’m also glad that Kyle became his business partner, and Issac completing his high school education with high grades, Jared moved to a university in the city so that he was closer to his family. I’m glad that the family supports Issac as they will since he came out as gay on his 18th birthday. Lukin, Kyle, Jared and Issac’s mom finally decided to leave her husband and they got divorced, she announced at a dinner for her 50th birthday that she had finalized her divorce and would be moving to a life style community near the family so she could visit often, their dad even bought her a small car so she didn’t have to rely on any of the boys for a ride. I’m sorry that they don’t celebrate Christmas the way most people do, although I can understand why they don’t with the memories from that fateful day in Malaysia. I hope that Issac does what he wants with his future, and that he goes to the university to study law and business. I think it’s great that the business that Lukin started has expanded quite a bit since Kyle became his partner in the business.

Great chapter and story so far, I know it’s a great story as I have read it before and loved it, that’s why I’m changing my reaction from like to love. I understand that Tony and Mitch have only known each other for less than a week and they’re already moving on with the relationship, with Tony moving in and then they’ll move from Mitch’s place to a new one that suits them both. I love it that Tony thought it was best for Mitch to meet his son Nick. I hope they get along well with each other. I’m hoping for both families to fall in love with the choice of life partner they have chosen. I think I need to get on to the next chapter.
-
Another fantastic chapter. At least Lukin was able to get Issac back in school even though it’s not his former school. I’m glad that Kyle has decided to hold a memorial service where they could have a way to say goodbye to their loved ones who were in the tsunami. I’m hoping that the two older boys will remember who they are and then the orphanage can get in touch with the embassy in Singapore who will contact either Kyle or Lukin so the boys can get reunited with Lukin. I’m still hoping that Mei is still alive and will start to remember who she is and she would contact Lukin to let him know that she is alive and ready to come home. I’m glad that when they get the memorial service set up Jared will go to collect their mom so she can attend the service since their dad won’t attend due to his dislike Kyle.

Wow what a great chapter, Cairo’s dad is a great example of what not to be like in a court of law. The comments he made were enough for the judge to rule the issue of Cairo staying with the Cravens or going back to live with his stepmother. The judge was being very patient with Cairo’s dad until the final outburst he made then the judge said to have him removed from the courtroom. The way he was spouting off the judge decided right then that Cairo should stay with the Craven family and that the matter of the adoption be decided at a later date. I think that the judge is more than likely to rule in favor of the adoption because Cairo should never be exposed to the bigotry that his dad showed in the court. I’m glad that Cairo and Aiden will be getting together with each other now. I hope that Noah is able to straighten things out with Sky and Greyson after the blow up he had with them. I like his idea of paying for a date for them. The only problem is the restraining order that’s in place keeping him from talking to them in person.
-
Great chapter. I’m glad that Issac is able to stay with Lukin and he’ll be able to get into a new school. I’m still hoping that Kyle will go to the orphanage to see if the boys are there and then take them home to their dad and also that Mei is found safe.

TC3 — Chapter 5: A Day to Remember.
Butcher56 commented on Brayon's story chapter in TC3 — Chapter 5: A Day to Remember.
You wrote another excellent chapter and story. I hope that Travis and Jeremy actually get together as boyfriends as I have a feeling that the way that Jeremy reacted with Travis is a good sign that they’re meant to be together. I’m glad that Bryce accepted the job from Duncan and also the house, which I think will be a great place for him and Travis to live for many years to come. I can’t wait to read about the trip and also to see what paintings Travis does for the brewpub that is open and from what I read they’ll be putting out the first of many beers with 25ers being the signature brand. I don’t remember if it was in the book or not but I wonder if Travis or Jeremy will have to testify against the bully who was assulting Travis when Jeremy jumped in to protect Travis. The way that the loss prevention officer started following Travis around which caused a big anxiety attack that caused Travis to pee his pants, I love the way that Rob got a employee of the store to get ahold of the manager as well as store security. While Jeremy tried to calm Travis down. I think that loss prevention officer needs more training in spotting a thief and not to jump to thinking someone is going to steal or because the person is acting strange from being followed. I’m looking forward to the trip to Virginia, Washington DC, and then to Tennessee. I’m glad that Travis is accepting the gifts from Adam, Duncan, and Rob, Jeremy was also in the group although he gave Travis another gift from him alone. I hope that the more Travis is around the guys that he’ll start to get to where his anxiety isn’t quite as strong as it is now. With the help and training he’ getting from Jeremy might help him as well as it’ll help him with his self confidence which would be a great boost to his ego. I’m just glad that Travis is feeling better being around Jeremy, Rob, Adam and Duncan which is a great way to get him used to being around other teens. Thanks for the great story, with some great characters in it. 😁❤️❤️
