You need to know that? I'm fairly sure that question is answered ... if i remember correctly... but i do have a terrible memory. I am not going to address the nipples issues at all.

Glad you're enjoying it, Parker. Ike and Devin do seem to be in an odd place. Hopefully they sort it, one way or the other.
  6. There's no real words to describe it.. horrific, awful... they don't quite say enough. One of the authors i know, on GA is there fighting them - @WolfM He posted some poetry he wrote while there in the last couple of weeks. The loss of wildlife, plant life and human lives is difficult to comprehend.
  7. The 'love' icon is not because i am happy for Your pain, it is because You have written of it, shared it. It is easy to tell others they should be well by now, or giving in is the easy way. Giving in is never easy, but sometimes it's necessary to give in to the pain and anger we feel. Sometimes it makes us quiet and ghostly. Sometimes we need to feel what we feel. But in time hopefully life starts to have some meaning again. It can start small, like crocus pushing first through the soil in spring, in the same way we start to see again. And these small things bring us a smile. That you wrote this poem, to me, and I hope for You, is one of the small things. Thank You, Sir, for posting this. xo

    Good Intentions

Hmmm, Grant is on a tightrope ... this one is stretched across the Grand Canyon and he's in the middle. Does he go on, or go back? Whichever direction he picks he could be in trouble. Depends on Troy, who's the wind in this case. He could blow hard enough to knock Grant off balance or off his rope completely. Here's hoping that doesn't happen.
  9. These are sweet and vivid. They made me smile.

    Great film. LOL....
  12. Ontario piloted this. And it was working ... people were working to make a better life for themselves. It was cancelled the reasons for which can be googled if anyone wants to know.
  13. As far as I know we don't have food stamps here. But we do have missions and the Salvation Army and food banks. But Jeff trusted no one and i was a kid and believed the crap information he fed me for a long time. So we ate at missions rarely, and took hand-outs rarely, he didnt trust 'do-gooders'. Which means we mostly avoided those places and people. I learned quickly not to ask to go.
  14. Well, once upon a time i opened the drop in centre as a place to discuss my upcoming work for those who were interested. I haven't done that for a long time. So, today I will. Currently, i am writing and nearly completed two pieces for the Spring Anthology. One is a set of poems and the other is a rather long short story. We can't share more than that. I am also writing another piece which i cannot really explain at the moment. It will become clear when i begin to post it. And it seems there maybe one more ... a story forming about a note i've had in my One Notes for sometime. Well all of that is pretty vague isn't it? Perhaps it's better left unsaid. Lol ... I won't try to keep you updated about what I'm doing in the future, especially since I can't talk about any of it. LOL.
  15. i did all of those things ... i have and had pride myself. however weighing up eating or pride ... i picked eating. And so would Troy eventually if it came to that. Right now he has a job. i had one sort of, but i didnt get to keep what i earned ... if Troy lost his van and his ability to earn, he'd be out there with the rest.

Sooo glad it is working for you, Jeffrey! Wayne and i had a good time writing this. It started off as something funny to write but slowly developed into so much more. Frank and Ben became a serious work within the lunacy. I love writing both comedy and drama and it's kinda cool to blend them. Thanks for reading and for your great comments.
  17. Michael and i visited The Evidence Room ... i could feel the horror of that place, it moved me deeply and i wrote about it ... i will never forget how it made me feel. We should never forget those whose lives were taken from them, or the cruelty and horrors they and survivors suffered. Reading about the plans for the gas chambers ... doors that opened outward so removal of the dead would not be slowed. Someone thought about it, how to be efficient. They thought about the height of the peep hole, so the guards would be safe from the victims reaching it. So very efficient. It is horrific to think that people could so coldly plot the killing of others in such a way.

We wrote and rewrote each other's work so much it is hard to pick out who wrote what. There are things i remember writing and i for sure remember you saying sex zombies. It's great. And i'm glad this is shaken up and blend of us both. It's a terrific piece and I'm glad to have written it with you.
  19. Thank you very much for choosing to read it. Coming back to it when someone like yourself chooses to read it brings back a lot of memories. And i miss these two all over again. Thanks again for reading and for your kind comments.
