  1. Hey, Nicky! You left out Page.
  2. I would have said books, boys, and cooking. But two out of three isn't bad.
  3. I really want to see Anthony Schatteman's new film, "Young Hearts". The internet has been teasing us for almost a year, now! Heck, it might even be closer to two years! It's supposed to be released on December 18th, I think? Assuming that isn't more false information, of course. The media has been pretty conflicted about when and where it will be available. Speculation runs from Amazon, Hulu, and Netflix for streaming; a hard copy MIGHT be available from Strand Releasing, or possibly A24. See, it's hard to nail down anything solid, isn't it? It's soooo frustrating, but I really, really, REALLY want to see this film so bad! It looks soooo cute in the trailers, you know? But, there you have it: I want to see a foreign film ASAP. That's at the top of my list to Santa this year!
  4. Fourth? What did you think the other three were? It works out either way.
  5. A book about Dad jokes.
  6. @Headstall Happy Birthday, Gary!
  7. Happy belated Birthday, Addy!
  8. The poltergeist struck again. This time, some laundry was moved from the dryer to the closet shelves. The poltergeist even folded them! Also, I think I solved the mystery of the dinner plate under the sofa: my son sometimes puts his plate on the floor so our pet skunk, Sneakers, can have some scraps. The skunk might have pushed it around.
  9. I made out with a guy during a school trip to Washington, DC, in front of the display case. (We may or may not have triggered a silent alarm, because a security guard showed up and told us to move along.)
  10. Met a new coworker on Wednesday. His name is Kai, and he's a very nice young man. Easy to talk to, ready to laugh at all times (but not in that silly, chaotic way most teenagers have), and he seems to have some choir training. Today, he and another coworker decided to play some Disney songs in the kitchen, and he sang a very fine bass harmony with Kristen Bell in Frozen.
  11. Thanks, Tink.
  12. Uncle Mickey and Uncle Remy are still in Hawai'i, so they won't be here. Aunt Deirdre and her kids will be with her husband's family this year. Unfortunately, my father-in-law tested positive for COVID, though his symptoms are very mild. My mother-in-law tested negative, but she obviously won't be joining us, for fear of carrying the virus into our house. She'll be making turkey and wild rice soup for their dinner. We might do a Zoom session with them later. So, it's just Max, Morgan and I, plus a few of our friends.
  13. He's only being as ridiculous and unreasonable as you are.
  14. Sounds interesting! Hallmark came up with a new reality series, titled "Finding Mr. Christmas". It's like a gay version of The Bachelor, with some mistletoe and holly thrown in. Taking "Make the Yuletide Gay" to an absurd degree, methinks.
  15. Nope, that's your specialty. That, and being a bitch.
  16. Watched this on Amazon recently, and it was waaaay better than the trailer. The character 'Robin' is portrayed by young actor Vaughan Murrae, who is also non-binary.
  17. His name is Chad, what did you expect?
  18. Hey, Nick! How are things with you?
  19. Most of the images I'm seeing appear to be hollow inside, which makes sense. If it were a solid slab, the cost of the cream cheese alone would stop the project in its tracks.
  20. Or as the kids in South Carolina would say, "He's shoveling some shit."
  21. That's where you're bluefish wrong.
  22. Hey, Boom Boom. How are things in Texas?
