  1. i know @Sam Wyer but, just once, i want it to be different. without Ryder cheating on Teddy, but i'm sure that is where this going, just not sure if Teddy is strong enough to survive that
  2. JayT, Ace's mind was twisted long before he met up with you.
  3. if Ryder does what i think he's planning to do to Teddy and no one derails him, a lot of people will have a lot to answer for. (like Teddy's Uncle) maybe Brandon and Scottie can "save" Ryder from himself. i'm not sure Teddy is strong enough to handle Ryder's betrayal.
  4. don't do it.

    Trust Issues

i knew this, well both of these actually, were coming. doesn't make it easier. WWS alert.
  6. considering the word is not used much anymore and in my neck of the woods it is pronounce like falderal spelling. i am sure the word folderol was what the author was going for
  7. this IS listed as a Prologue. i've seen many stories do this, but still i, too was hoping for a new chapter

    Homecoming

Ace, your portrayal of grandma, although heartbreaking as it is and what it means, is well written and so accurately. been through it myself with my own grandma. hope he gets her help soon. the sooner the better, so she can stay with Ryder and Teddy as long as possible. WWS, level 1. (level 1=moist eyes, level5=full blown sobbing )

    Gifting Day

ooohhhh this is such a promising lead chapter to a new story. i just hope the others get time too, since i love those too
  11. @Sam Wyer, no need to be. both stories are good but intense is all. i've been following Ace pretty much since his 1st chapter. i'm just like teasing him a bit as he has grown as a writer. i understand why/how the hockey player's story ended, but i just don't have to like it those stories really need to be in your must read, in my humble opinion.
  12. this chapter almost, almost makes up for the hockey player, Ace. you keep writing, i'll keep reading

    Leopard Spots

This is the second book in The Lilydale Leopard's series. It continues the story of the Lilydale Leopards as they journey on from the events in the 1st book, Leopard Skin Cover (a must read too) and towards the AFL for the players. Graeme does a masterful job of weaving human drama and human relationships using a large cast of characters. Young, old, football players and not, Graeme uses them all. The sports scenes and real-life events are well written and presented well in the story. I'm not a sports fan at all, but Graeme kept me engaged even through those scenes. . I laughed, I cried, even yelled a few times, be it the 1st time i read it or the fourth. I'm sure i will the next time i read it too.

    Chapter 12

i loved this version. as for Glenn "giving in" i think he knew Josh better than Josh did. it happens. if i read another version, this one would be come less than the great story it is. i'd rather have more to this one as their life goes on.
