I am really enjoying this light-hearted banter between besties!! I think I'm with Keisha though on being on the fence about Billy Eilish’s singing . My hat's off to her brother Finneas who I believe writes most of the stuff! Interesting twist that Finn suddenly wants to be FB friends??? One can only hope he's not going to be a jerk and play with Tristan's heart!!!

All said - this was a very good chapter. Raw emotions everywhere! I too am very interested in the box that Sam gave Nash! Glad you enjoyed your sojourn to Crater Lake. I was there many years ago. It and Lake Tahoe are my two favorites!! -
Well very short but also a very good read. And I too believe fairy tails have a HEA. Thanks Gary is was refreshing and uplifting and made my day brighter. Thanks!!!

OMG - Nash's departure from YEVO was heart-wrenching! Brought tears to my eyes when the kids did their tribute to him! I hope his departure is short lived because he is perfect for the job and the kids he serves. Just need to get rid of Paul! The jury is still out on Cam?? I'm sure more will be revealed soon. And I like the statement kapucinski stated: " Penn is Nash-sexual" I love it!!! Great story mrsgnomie - I'm enjoying it immensely! Thank you! -

I have to agree with the thoughts of other readers that the Knott Bros knew or suspected the affair and were trying to befriend just Nash. Penn especially, who seems to have a wife with wayward trends!! Nonetheless, a heart wrenching chapter very well written!!- 26 comments

Well I'm not touching the political arena! Just wanted to say it was a great chapter Carlos! Very entertaining following the dads! But, I do have to say thank you for bringing up the Walton Foundation and pointing out their financial support of homophobic right-wing extremist! It's why I, and several other friends and relatives, boycott all Walmart's!

Yes - I also really liked this chapter. Madeline Nalbo is sooo "So Cal-ish" !!! Fake everything!!! Did I get it wrong or, was there a three-way going on with the pool guy or, was it just Nalbo and the pool guy who definitely has "daddy" fantasies? Bret's nostalgia was heart wrenching but will probably be the catharsis that he needed to be able to move on once they take possession of his old childhood home! Great chapter Carlos!!

Another great story Carlos! I always enjoy your writings. I hope (collectively) they can really put the screws to Nalbo because of what he tried to do to Chipper. Payback are a bitch buddy!! Having grown up in So Cal this particular chapter brought back a lot of fond memories I still cherish. Thank you again Carlos!!

"Trainwreck-a-very-guilty-pleasure" is a wild ride! Lots of twists and turns but all-in-all a very FUN ride! Congratulations to both Tim and Wayne. Rarely does a collaborative effort of two writers come across so seamlessly as one voice! Excellent story!

This was a very "feel-good" story with truly believable characters. It goes to show what can happen when we, as human beings, reach out to help our fellow man!! It was refreshing for me to read "Never Too Late To Change"!

This is a wonderfully written story with great character development and an intriguing plot. I too highly recommend reading The Promise. You will not be disappointed!!
