24 stories... awesome response this year! I'm gonna binge. I'm off today. Had plans to clean the house. Nixed those pretty quick. Scrolling thru, I'm glad most of the stories are under 5K. I might get them all in today.... or go blind trying lol.

A couple of things make me think this author is not based in the US. So I guess that narrows it down to a manageable several dozen. I spent every second of this story screaming in my head NO LUCAS! DONT DO IT! Not gonna lie. Morris gave me creeper vibes. Let's hope Lucas is going to be ok.

Not a clue on this one. But... suspect someone who is is part of the older generation and who lived though those early days when HIV/AIDS was a death sentence. Good story. Will have to do some investigating on this one.

Hmmm.... well written, a few big words, mentions weinerdogs, includes copious amounts of alcohol, must have a good editing program because the commas are well placed, and to top it off a truly devious, warped main character. Did I write this?

🥵🥵 Its current 93F with a heat index of 107F. I have the AC set at 74 and its 80 inside. Can't wait until the sun goes down. Hopefully by bedtime it'll be back down to 74. @Brayon and @spyke stay cool and hydrated.... they say tomorrow will be just as bad. @Mikiesboy could you please beg your husband to wave that cookie sheet? We're wilting.

The tropical crap is north of me. I haven't seen rain since Wednesday but later this week we've got higher chances of afternoon thunderstorms. That's typical for this time of year. Stay cool. Maybe the mischievous pups will be too hot to get into trouble. If not then you might want to call the dog whisperer Cesar Milan.
