    Chapter 9

Love Nassau. He seems dangerously sexy and powerful. And su yin seems to have seamlessly inserted himself into Hell. I hope he stays happy. Also. Damn zhihao for making that sock trick. Its clearly spread to my part of Upstairs
  2. Knowing you from the beginning, our beginning Your thumping heartbeat, your sweet one sided smile, and slow raspy breathing in the night Less and less can I always have the answers, as you travel a path I can’t follow Is this the way it must be? I know. I try to understand. But oh, those sporadic moments when I feel I might still know you completely. They surface suddenly whales rising from the deep those bursting bubbles filling me with their effervescence. But th

    Never Again

I hope it works out for them. I do know I'm not the kind of person that can forgive cheating. Been there. But I know everyone and every relationship is different. My heart was heavy at the end but I like it Tim
  5. Thank you very much I'm glad that you enjoyed it. Writing this was a whirlwind for me. I got the prompt and the whole scenario popped in my head, I think I wrote this whole story in less than 2 hours. I could barely type fast enough for my brain....... I was concerned at first of what people would think about basically picking somebody up in such a situation........but you know isn't that real life? You never know when or how things will happen and sometimes opportunities come knocking on the strangest doors
  6. Thank you for reading. I've always liked stories where something terrible is maybe.. just a little bit... Redeemed by something else that happens because of it
  7. “What can I tell him?” she presents a pale and worried face, and her hands clench on her coffee mug. We sit across from each other at my kitchen table. I'm at a loss of what to say. Almost twenty-eight and I've never been in the position to counsel someone on an unplanned pregnancy before. Especially one like this. “This wasn't supposed to happen you know. It was just a one time thing. He's barely spoken to me in three weeks. It's not like, you know, like a relationship” she hisses the last

    Chapter 15

What if........ A truck hits Ben on the way home??? Eh??
  11. Thanks for reading! I am incredibly happy you like it and found it worthwhile.
  12. Thanks for commenting. I'm glad the unshakeable attraction level is coming across, I didn't want it to read like Steven was overtly compelled, but that he simply couldn't stop wanting Orin. No matter what.
  13. That is true love. Well done Tim

    558 - Eggs

    So. Have they hatched yet?
  15. " Look not upon my battered paint with scorn, for gentle love’s the reason I am worn." I suddenly thought of the Velveteen Rabbit. Out of the 4, the black painted rocker piece moved me most. I felt the warmth and the use of the chair. I can imagine the soft creak as the chair gently moves its occupant through hard times.
  16. Orin does have a mighty strong pull.
  17. Ha. I did one. I'm proud of me.

    Chapter 1

I was expecting scary so this was a nice treat. I like what you did with the prompt
  19. Ha. Its probably a one shot. I'll have to find out how to edit the chapter marking
  20. Thank you! I like the distinction of intense. I had a lot of doubt about this story (ask my beta) so I'm glad some people are finding it worthwhile. Its thriling.
  21. Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed. I know you hate cliches and honestly I've been looking forward to your response. I was worried about if you'd be disappointed
  22. Awestruck fear sounds like the right reaction to Orin. He'll be pleased with that.
  23. So. If we wrote something on this theme, is there a particular protocol for posting?
  24. Give it another chance.
  25. Having moved into my small condo, tucked on the fringes of the newly gentrified neighborhood, just a couple weeks before I didn't know many neighbors yet. That's why I was startled early in October on my own front stoop by a hoot of “good morning” yodeled by a woman dressed as a peacock. I'm sure the expression on my face looked rude as hell, but it's not the sort of thing the average suburban dude expects at early o'clock on a Tuesday. The woman, who I vaguely remember is named Jean or Jo maybe
