  1. I would hate to see this topic come to an end, It's interesting and informative, not to mention the funny posts that never fail to amuse me. I don't comment very often, but I look forward to the topic posts, so please don't stop.
  2. Thank you @Bill W for the valuable comments in reply to this blog. I've read some of your work and enjoyed and appreciated what I have read. Your comments also blow me away, you haven't just read and written stories, you have given some an outlet to deal with life-changing events which I am sure has meant a lot to them and helped them immensely. Thank you for that and for being there for them. You are a special and unique person.
  3. I started to read this story this morning intending to read a chapter or two and read the rest later, I was so wrong in thinking that. If you haven't read it I can honestly say I recommend it. This is the review that left after finishing it; This is a frighteningly scary, fast and well paced exciting read. Don't plan on reading a couple of chapters at a time plan on reading it in one go, because when you start to read it, you will not want to stop. With a brilliantly researched storyline and characters that come to life, you will feel the hairs on the back of your neck and on your arm bristle as you get absorbed in the plot. A recommended read that is deserving of more than five stars.

    Chapter 7 Castle

The longer Jubal is there with Lucas the more it feels like home to him. I think Lucas has figured that out and that is why Lucas is encouraging Jubal to stick around. I reckon Lucas is hoping that the longer Jubal stays, the less likely it is that Jubal will leave. It feels like they have built a home and if I was Jubal I'd want to stay.

  17. The fiery pits of Mordor it is then. Are there any volunteers to throw him in? Sorry, that's a stupid question isn't it, I'll rephrase. All those wanting to throw him in the fiery pits please form an orderly queue.
  18. There may have been less of it lately but as we all know The Ministry of Drewth lives on. We must always be on our guard against it and make sure that we limit the spread of The Drewth. I just had to correct auto-correct as it wanted to substitute Drewth with disease, or is auto-correct trying to tell me that Drewth is a disease, lol. I've just thought, if The Drewth is a disease then Drew must be infected! The infected should be isolated, so by extension, Drew should be isolated for his and everyone else's protection. Isolate him quick then we may be able to find a cure,

    Chapter 6 Eager

Jubal and Lucas gel well as friends which shows potential for a closer relationship. I think Lucas already has hopes for such and I think Jubal is becoming more open to it as each chapter goes by. Wanting to help Lucas build a solid home is a matter of pride for Jubal, but I think it is becoming more than that and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they do eventually 'get it on'. Jubal's memories of Vincent are bringing back his hopes for a real relationship that lasts, he just needs to let down the self-built barriers and trust Lucas. Another great chapter with the promise of a loft big enough for a large bed that can accommodate two men.
  22. I'm off to read it now
