I wasn't surprised that Vincent was Ok with his son and Barney being gay and even doing some things in the same room but I was surprised that he joined them. So there were three rapes with the same M.O. and three murders with the same M.O. so safe to say they are connected .was it the J.F. guy has it been seven years? Or did he get out of prison early? Another possibility is he has a rich dad who wants revenge.I say rich because the fact that Barney's parents are wealthy didn't seem to stop anything from happening so however the murders were planned a lot of details were known such as turning off the alarm and finding out what women were alone etc. if this sounds like it was financed by somebody who knew the right people to hire. Maybe J.F. family had mob connections?

I wonder if she had known what Jeremy's dad wanted to do with the conversion place If she would have supported that? Another outstanding offer from an amazing author. This has the usual elements all his other stories have in this one there seem to be more dysfunctional families involved that leads to bad situations which leads to bad judgement decision by teenagers and some worst ones by flawed parents. Also the topic of mental illness get discussed with adds to the chaos as the title of the story states. There are a few more flawed characters than usual in this story that the readers will despise but this author does manage to navigate this to a satisfactory ending

Another excellent @Ronyx story but IMO he left a few unanswered questions. I'll get to that later. First we can be reasonably sure Seth relationship with his Mother will improve although it's a small sample the mere fact Julie got into Stacy's face for her behavior spoke volumes. I agree with @Cane23that Seth leaving the house may have been a wake up call for her. Another thing we can assume is the four boys are going to continue the bond they formed .I don't think Seth has ever had three friends over his house in his entire life let alone all at once and it was also a good sign Julie didn't object to that (I believe Jim would have more on that later). And lastly it looks very good for Blake he looks to be in the perfect place with Marie and Steve. Now for the unanswered parts.Will Seth have a relationship with his Father? I think Jim showed some irrational and ignorant homophobia with these rules he set down for Seth . I don't get the sense he cares for Seth and Stacy like he does Emily. And speaking of Emily will Seth have any kind of relationship with his half sister? Would Jim allow Stacy to have a relationship with Emily?(Although knowing Stacy she probably doesn't want one).And about Stacy will she improve into someone resembling a human being or it too late? Ron has done two sequels both of them excellent he did Scott's Story because he said he didn't like how like how he left things with Scott in the Mark's Revenge story he also wrote A Bridge To Yesterday in part I suspect because of how he left things with Gene in Brittle As A Bird. Now it sounds like I'm calling for a sequel to this story .I'm not(Although I would be OK with that) but what I would like to see in a future story perhaps centered around another troubled teen boy is to have Emily appear in it as a high school student and a supportive friend of the protagonist. She can mentioned she has older gay brother in Seth who just graduated college. Through that we can get some of these questions answered from this story. But I would like to stress this is still an excellent offering from one of our favorite authors.

The synopsis of the story said murder mystery as the chapter went along I was thinking to myself I guess it's going to be Carolyn who is found dead. My first reaction is that it's someone from the staff that only works during the day it would not be unusual if Vincent saw one of them plus they would know their way around the house to get the knife.If Jim and Barney (Yes I'm going to call him Barney I don't like the name Claude either) do play detective I wonder if they will do something they saw in one of Barney's dad movies

I was hoping Billie would know a way. Would going to business that does DNA tests and explaining to them he thinks his house had an intruder and asks that he wants to know if it's his blood or someone's else's be too risky?

It looks like @CincyKris Asher comment last chapter called it right.Well at least its out in the open now I hope Chase left so he could ponder everything. I agree with @drpaladin that Micco is being gaslighted.One thing I don't get I'm am far from the smartest guy around and the Micco character is smarter then me but my first thought after Micco saw the blood was collect it and do a test to see if it yours.Why didn't he think of that?

I had no idea Ronnie had 7 kids. I do recall them talking about Ronnie having his own football team with his kids as a joke but Ronnie could field a basketball team 😄 I love how the grandkids being there occupies Armand and Colin's days

Although what happened with me wasn't quite the same I could relate I was speaking on the phone with my 90+ year old Aunt who lived on the east coast while I'm on the west coast she didn't sound right I knew who her doctor was and I told them what I thought they called me back saying I was right to call them. I traveled cross country to take care of her affairs while she was in the hospital the longer I stayed the more crazy stuff I was accused of.She even called the police on me the police knew what was up so nothing came of it . It was some form of Demensia she died shortly after and I was sad she died thinking these things about me but at least I was an adult (Sort of) Dominic is a little kid so it's that much more tragic for him.BTW that I hope that kid that spoke to Dominic at daycare was also dealt with

As soon as Liverpool was mentioned I thought of the Beatles and sure enough it came up. I remember coming across a UK publication discussing how some officials didn't think it was appropriate to have The Beatles as part of a primary school curriculum I don't see why not .I never thought about it before but I'm curious if they get mentioned In American primary schools
