It's a good thing Roy had Cody record everything those airheads (That's being kind) weren't even smart enough to notice Cody recording. Too soon to tell but I suspect the police may be biased against Roy.At least the head coach seems to have the right attitude. Cody may be officially the team manager but the coach might unofficially use him as an offensive coordinator -
Perhaps it was because Mary Lou was leaving the nest but other then that factor it looks like the Mom and Dad are on shaky ground with each other. Also the girls and the guys doing everything separate seemed odd. A Merry Christmas to you and yours @CLJobe and to all the readers

Pleasant surprise on Christmas day. Excellent story. You would think being a HS principal and somewhat familiar with teenagers that Greg would have realized he was monopolizing Chip's time but thankfully it all worked out

So Mildred is not from this Earth? I'm beginning to get it now @Geron Kees is not from this Earth either. Where he's from he's a best selling author.Every idea for a new story he gets he tries it out on us GA readers first and if it's a positive response he goes back and publishes it. I bet Browbeat is his pet.

Great update. Just think how different things would be for them good and bad if the pandemic hadn't happened -
The guys forgot one thing to consider perhaps. They should have a generator outside the house because in a blackout Lugh will have the house with power but not the garage.Also they may have to explain why their house is lit during a blackout unless I'm missing something obvious

I'm about to start reading the story but I see the title and I think if someone gave me a partridge in a pear tree what the hell would I do with? Not to mention the French hens ugh having to clean up after them okay on to the story

Do they have movie theaters there Alden and Brad could produce a science fiction movie there using where they came from as a reference Yes it a Utopia.....well not for women for obvious reasons Good story.

I'm guess you won't post before Christmas so Merry Christmas Oh one more thing olives on Pizza? Pizza is the perfect food except for ones with olives , anchovies or pineapple on it -
All the previous reviews by this story very insightful readers covered everything and I can't really add anything without being redundant. But one thing I can and will do is add another 5 stars to it .It deserves so many more

One of the best things about joining GA is there is an incredible back catalogue of stories to find and this one is a perfect example Out of all the things I pictured Avery doing trucker is one of the last one I would have thought of(although it is the perfect occupation for Avery to come to Lee) I bet Harlan had something to do with Avery getting that job. Out of all the incredible characters in all your stories Mama G is by far the most delightfully tripiest (is that a word?) I consider finding this story a Christmas gift although you didn't have Christmas in mind this story had the the qualities a good Christmas story has .Thank You SIR
