I told my late husband the same thing and he told me that to stop being a child and go sit somewhere else. I told in private that neither he or his friends were gentlemen and he said that he and his friends love to make me mad. They love to see how far they can go till I get mad. They thought it was fun. I didn't. I also told him that if he thought he and his friends could not respect me then I would make sure he did not have those friends. I got rid of everyone of them and he finally figured out they were not his friends when I showed him that they weren't.

Interesting chapter. You have the best talent of a shapeshifter author I have ever seen. I love this chapter, but I am betting I will love the next chapter too!

I loved how you did the conversations between both wolf's which helps the turned mate understand better. As like everyone else, I have never seen that before. That was brilliant. I still think Vincent has more learning on the turning process and to get Lei's and Elaine's input might help a little. And maybe an older council (EC) member might be able to help there. But I am sure you already thought of something since I am still so far behind in the story since I am 9 chapters away from chapter 32.

But I have not had a heart attack like my mom had when she was in her 40's and my big brother had one when he was in his 30's. So with my sister, my little brother and I not having had heart attacks, then we are healthier in our 60's than the rest of our family which I thank God for!

Stay alert and play along, for their sake.” “You got it.” With all that was said at the end of the chapter, we all know the 2 people who were talking to one another. I don't like what, that no good for nothing traitor, "Shaw" is up to with the murderer, Stefan! But if I know our author, then he will get what is coming to him and to Shaw! I don't like traitors at all and that is what Shaw is when he goes against his town like that to side with a stranger that has tried to harm their citizens before.

I agree Shaw is going to get in over his head quickly. I agree that I thought Shaw would get involved with Stefan and to me that is bad. Shaw is an idiot and we may have to deal with him as a character in this story, but idiots sometimes don't make it in the world. And Stefan saying that Vincent is no kid is by far the rudest thing I have ever heard. That remark, I bet, will come back tenfold when his parents in bond here about that. Cause when Stefan first seen Vincent, he was just a kid. Even though he is an adult now doesn't mean he is not a kid in older adults. Stefan seems like a 'rebellious child'! I agree Vincent needs a panic button to alert others, but I don't think it will matter to mason since he will feel the fear really far away from his mate as a destined mate. A very exciting chapter this one is, I bet, the next one is even more exciting!

Well, I know this is a dad thing, but the mom thing is basically the same thing. But there is no respect for mom when Dad's friends are over so mom has to sit somewhere else. I got preached to by dad when I got upset that they never take his chair when he gets up which means they respect him more. So at least the dad thing gets more respect in your household than in mine. Wait, I do get more respect with the mom thing now that dad has passed away which was over 5 years ago. No one sits in my swivel rocker at all. It is in my corner of the living room or wherever I want it to be if I decide to change the layout of the furniture, all except one swivel rocker that stays on the opposite wall since part of that area is where my so called leak drips into a trashcan from the ceiling. Don't be upset with the leak. It has been there ever since I moved into this place 31 years ago. I am use to the leak.

I am glad that they all went to Lei's and Elaine's for dinner. Lei's 'frilling'...I mean grilling was something to behold with all the shifters there. I am glad that Ty, Dirk, and Kaplan wants to join the pack. I really think Ty really likes Morrine more than he lets on. hehehe
